Cat Cat Village - 13:30: Arrival in Sapa. A local guide will greet guests and escort them to the hotel. A welcome drink will be served, followed by an itinerary overview. Guests will then enjoy a lunch featuring local Vietnamese cuisine and complete the check-in process.
14:30: Embark on a short walk to the entrance of Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic community. The village is nestled near the base of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. The local guide will introduce guests to the daily life of the locals, leading a trek down to the valley’s base to visit the waterfall where the French constructed a Hydraulic Power Station. There will be opportunities for photos at the bridge and waterfall before ascending the hill to meet the bus, which will return guests to Sapa in the afternoon. The trek covers approximately 2.5 km and takes about 2 hours.

Sapa - After completing the visit to Cat Cat Village, guests return to Sapa town. Dinner is provided, followed by free time to explore Sapa’s vibrant nightlife and various activities.

Fansipan - Sapa – Hanoi

Fansipan Mountain - Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and check out. Luggage can be stored in the hotel lobby.

08:30: Following breakfast, a driver will transport guests to the Cable Car Station. Spend 20 minutes admiring the breathtaking views from the cable car.

Upon reaching an altitude of 2800 meters, guests can enjoy the view, visit the pagoda, a spiritual site, and hike 600 steps to reach the summit of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. The hike and photo opportunities last approximately 1.5 hours.

12:00 PM: Return to the Cable Car Station and travel back to Sapa town. Lunch is served at a local restaurant, followed by relaxation and optional use of the hotel’s public shower facilities.
14:45 - 15:00: Gather with all group members at the hotel to prepare for the journey back to Hanoi.
16:30: Depart Sapa and travel by bus back to Hanoi.

Hanoi - Arrival in Hanoi is expected around 21:30 - 22:00. Guests will make their own arrangements to return to their hotels from the bus office. Farewell and see you again soon.

A Trip We’ll Always Remember - Vietnam is such a beautiful place for a vacation, full of amazing scenic views everywhere you go. The mountains, the clean blue seas, and the kindness of the people made the experience even more special. We were able to enjoy everything so smoothly only because of our trip agent, Carl Nguyen, who planned the entire trip perfectly. Thanks to him, we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. HANOI - SAPA (the best two day trip) - Bus ride of 6 hours from Hanoi to sapa might seem too long but the scenery is too good that will make the ride seem shorter. Thanks to Gadttravel who organised this two day trip to Sapa. We first went to cat cat village(highly recommend you to rent their dress and take pictures) the village is too beautiful with a waterfall running down the middle. We stayed at the View hotel, the view is pretty good from the hotel you can wake up to the scene of clouds hitting the mountain while the sunlight peeking through the clouds.( would recommend as it’s just 15 min from the city’s centre). The next day we went to the fansipan summit(go as early as possible so you can beat the crowd) we even witnessed the flag hoisting ceremony (trekking is the best way up there so if you’re healthy enough I’d recommend you to trek till the summit after a short ride of train and a cable car). We checked out later that day and reached Hanoi at 10pm . This was the trip itinerary that we chose for us. You can ask the same too if you want to experience more in a short time. I’d like to thank clover and Gadttravel again for making this trip a memorable one of me and my sister. She organised it very well and we didn’t wait anywhere even a minute longer everything was perfect. I’d highly suggest you choose her services and make your trip an memorable one aswell.

Vietnam 2025 - I had best experience with Alice Bui, she helped us plan customized itenirary and internal flight tickets, wr have travelled place and have dealt with travel agents in the past but dealing with Alice was a pleasure. I strongly recommend using Alice from GADT if you are planning Vietnam anf no other agent!

Timeless Vietnam with fantastic gadt travels - Alice from GADT travels, arranged our entire Vietnam tour. From preparing the iteniary to executing to making sure our every smallest needs was taken care. She perfectly planned everything. During the entire trip,everyday she checked on every small detail. She proactively checked us in for our local flights, made sure driver was there to receive us.. we been strict vegetarians, she made sure indian vegetarian food was arranged and where ever not possible, we had pure authentic vegetarian Vietnamese meal. Our Vietnam trip become so memorable because of her. We celebrated our milestone anniversary in halong bay and alice made sure it was the most memorable one. I would highly recommend gadt travel and deal with alice. She was simply amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars

Organised thoughtful personalised and comfortable 12 day trip to Vietnam by Alice of GADT - We booked our trip (12days )entirely through GADT from India Sharing that we had an incredibly amazing itinerary which was thought processed reviewed and carried out by amazing amazing staff Alice at Gadt she planned in such a manner that our 12 day 11 night trip felt. Like a dream of comfortable vacation come true !! Amazing Vietnam Journey with Gadt – A Perfect Experience - This was my first international trip, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Gadt(Amy & Rina) arranged everything so smoothly, from the itinerary to airport transfers, which were always on time. The trip took us to some of the most beautiful places in Vietnam—Hanoi, Sapa, Halong-Lan Ha Bay, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountain, and Ho Chi Minh City. Each destination had something unique, and we enjoyed every aspect of the trip. The people, the food, the rich history, and the stunning architecture have left a lasting impression on us. Special thanks to our trip managers, Amy and Rina, who were incredibly helpful throughout. They answered all our queries and even assisted in adjusting our plans when needed. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Seamless Trip Coordination and Excellent Support - I had an amazing experience with my recent trip, thanks to the fantastic coordination by the agency. The trip was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Special thanks to our trip organizer, Julie, who went above and beyond in helping us. She patiently listened to all our requirements and even suggested some great places, perfectly setting the itinerary to suit our needs. Julie took care of everything, from arranging the itinerary, booking hotels, and managing flights, which made the whole process effortless. The hotels were okay, manageable for the duration of our stay. The transportation provided was excellent – safe, easy, and added to the comfort of our journey. one extraordinary trip - A trip for 9days 8nights with my sister and me, were beautifully carved to give us an excellent service and treat for eyes with picturesque places. Great tour but standards of hygiene on the Sleeper bus need improvement. - We booked this trip to see Sapa, we were picked up at our hotel in Hanoi and transferred onto sleeper bus for the 6 hour drive. The sleeper bus was not clean, I was shocked that the dirt of the bed surrounding and even the windows, which made the journey uncomfortable. The 2 stops on route to Sapa are at locations where they don’t have toilet roll, so come prepared! Once we arrived in Sapa our lunch was ready at a local restaurant, this lunch is included on both days in the same restaurant, which is not a problem, however they serve the same lunch on both days so we had to buy something ourselves on the second day. The time spent in Sapa was very good, our guides were helpful and worked hard with our group to ensure everyone was getting to see and do the things they wanted. We chose to stay at the hotel, which was lovely and comfortable. We had a different guide for Fansipan who was also very helpful and worked hard for our group. Overall our time in Sapa was very good .A lot of improvement needed on the transport company.
