Amazing sculptures! - This place was amazing. The sculptures were fantastic and they were all different. You’re basically paying for the ride to/ from the hotel and the entrance fee, once there, you’re exploring the hotel on your own.

A must see!! - We did the dinner and tour package! The ice restaurant was so cool and the food was amazing !! The snow bar was also a really cool feature. The tour is pretty basic but not bad. The hotel is amazing to see and the sky view bar is a great hang out!

Our tour guide is very... - Our tour guide is very knowledgeable about the area, answered all our questions. He is also very kind and dropped us off at our accommodation which is just a few blocks from the tour but with the layer of clothes and snow suit we are wearing, a few blocks of walking is a little too much, so we appreciate a lot that gesture.

A wonderful evening at the Arctic Snow Hotel - We made a reservation for dinner, a tour, and a drink at the ice bar on March 15th. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. The tour was fantastic, the drink at the ice bar was very fun, and dinner was delicious. We spent some time down by the frozen lake after dinner, where they had a nice fire in a kota to keep you warm. We would highly recommend spending an evening at the Arctic Snow Hotel.

Beautiful hotel - At first I was not sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a very beautiful hotel, with amazing ice sculptures. It was nice to see how they played with themes, different types of ice, colored lamps etc. My mom and I had a very pleasant drive with our guide William. He was very relaxt and easygoing. Thanks!

Not enough time - It should have been an hour longer so we could see all the rooms and have a drink in the ice bar and see the igloos.

Stay away from Arctic Snow Hotel - I booked the outdoor new year party at Arctic Snow Hotel, Rovaniemi, in the night of 31-Dec-2023. The advertisement by the hotel included a transfer from the center of Rovaniemi to the hotel and back, a lot of fun and activities for all ages, ice bar w/ 2 drinks, visit of the hotel, fortune telling by shamans, etc. The bus I was in was w/ the number 28. Counting w/ roughly about 30 people per bus one could consider there were at least 1000 people at the party. What I got for the price of 165 Euro was as follows: free entry to the corridors, the bar, the restaurant and the chapel of the Ice hotel; no access to any room or igloo. The 'shamans' were even not good actors - very poor performance. There was one fire at the whole area where people could get some warmth while the temperatures dropped down to around -30degC. The promised drinks were a colored liquid in an ice shot of about 30ml which got frozen immediately and was not possible even to be tasted; the Champaign got immediately frozen as well. The firework was nice but not spectacular to provoke a 'yay'. There was no DJ to entertain the people. The worst came at the end where everyone desperately was looking to get to his bed as soon as possible. The buses were announced to leave at 12:50am, so everyone rushed to the supposed parking slot to take his bus back. There were many, many children too - being tired and cold. Instead of having all the busses at once at the hotel, there were only some on the street, and not arriving in the consecutive order. People were running forth and back very frustrated . My bus arrived at the Arctic snow hotel about 40min later. Therefore my tip for you - the hotel is not spectacular, not worth the money, not worth the invested time. Stay away from it ! It's a robbery.
