Incredible support! - Thank you tremendously to Miguetours Transfers and Tours for all the help they provided to myself and my clients!! Liberia airport was closed due to weather/repairs and Miguetours reached out to let me know that the flights were being cancelled because of the airport closure. They kept tabs on the flight status and airport status and accommodated my clients when their flight was finally rescheduled the following day. They were helping me to find alternate solutions for the clients in the event that their flight had to be rerouted. I appreciate the help and professionalism! 100% will use this company again!

Miguetour is the way to go - Eitel is awesome, very knowledgeable of culture, politics, business and finance. Very amicable and outgoing, stopped to please us with pictures on the way to the hotel.

Airport Transfer / Great Service and prompt - Booked transfer from airport to Dreams hotel. Driver was waiting outside with name of sheet as stated. Van transport, nothing fancy but did the job. 2 hour drive to Dreams as expected Delivered as promised. Happy to recommend or book their services again.

Reasons to book! - Just came back from Costa Rica yesterday and they were amazing. Very punctual and reliable! We made a pit stop to take a scenic picture and even got a little history lesson as we drove by a couple of landmarks. Excellent service to and from to say the least! We would confidently book with them again in a heartbeat.

Viator doesn’t disappoint! - One of your workers was there at Libera airport with my name on a board showing me where to go. Louis was great on our tour telling us different things about Liberia. He stopped at a spot where we could take pictures. I asked prior if we could get some cold coronas for the 1.5 hour drive. He had 8 on ice for our transfer to the Dreams resort. It was fabulous! I heard later that the Sunwing transfer didn’t even provide bottled water! We have used Viator company in the past and they don’t disappoint! Thanks so much! We will definitely be telling others about the reliability of the company.

Trip to Guanacaste, Costa Rica - Our driver was great, and very accommodating. He drove us about a hour and 40 min. to our destination. Took us to store to get fruits and snacks for our room at the resort. He also stopped to allow us to take a few pictures from a great spot overlooking the ocean, and took a few pics of us as well. We would highly recommend.

Very disappointing!!! - The only reason I gave a 2 is because the driver was really nice and went out of his way to tell us a bit of the city as we drove to the hotel, went as far as stopping to show us the ocean. However, I did not get a five star vehicle as requested and paid for. It was an old looking car that I thought may not make it to the hotel and the air condition only started cooling after we were almost to the hotel. Very disappointing!!! Viator should have made sure that their customer is getting what is paid for since they outsourced to another tour company.

Return March 8 - No one was at the airport to pick us up.We ended up taking a taxi.Is someone going to pick us up for our return trip March 8

Not a good experience - Our flight was delayed and we landed 30 minutes later than expected. The driver was no where to be seen and we had to figure out alternate transportation after already paying for this service. Would not recommend.
