- Hotel New York - Our journey begins at Hotel New York, where we will explore its rich history and current role. From this vantage point, enjoy a stunning view of the ‘tornado,’ the new Fenix Museum of Migration.
- Erasmus Bridge - We will cycle across the Erasmus Bridge to the Maritime District, pausing at the Rotterdam War Memorial of WWII….
- Hotel New York - Our journey begins at Hotel New York, where we will explore its rich history and current role. From this vantage point, enjoy a stunning view of the ‘tornado,’ the new Fenix Museum of Migration.
- Erasmus Bridge - We will cycle across the Erasmus Bridge to the Maritime District, pausing at the Rotterdam War Memorial of WWII. Here, we will discuss the bridge and provide a brief history of Rotterdam during WWII.
- Veerhaven - In the Shipping Quarter, we will visit the fountain that once graced the city center. This charming area offers a glimpse into Rotterdam’s pre-war appearance.
- Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen - Located in the ‘Museum Quarter,’ this area hosts some of Rotterdam’s most renowned museums, linked by the Museum Park. We will stop near The New Institute to admire the new Art Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, a recent addition to Rotterdam and the world’s first publicly accessible art depot. Feeling excited yet?
- Oude Binnenweg - Enjoy a 15–20 minute break at one of Rotterdam’s oldest shopping streets, De Oude Binnenweg. The break duration is flexible, depending on the group’s size and needs.
During the break, you can either relax together at a coffee bar or explore independently. This is a perfect time for socializing, gathering recommendations, warming up, cooling down, or simply using the restroom.

- City Hall Rotterdam - Our penultimate stop is in front of Rotterdam’s historic city hall.
- Grote of Sint-Laurenskerk - We will pause at the square in front of St. Lawrence Church.
- Cube Houses Rotterdam - The iconic yellow Cube Houses are a must-see. We will stop to discuss their history and take photos.
- Markthal - The Market Hall (2014) has enhanced Rotterdam’s fame as a modern indoor market filled with food and vibrant colors. Often referred to as our modern Sistine Chapel, you’ll soon discover why!
- De Hef - We will continue cycling to the Kings Harbour Bridge, where we will stop to delve into its fascinating history!
