Don't duck-out of a great time in Rotorua! - We visited in early February with a friend and wanted to try a Duck tour. We have done similar in Oregon and in Far North Queensland, Australia. This was probably the best of the three. Rotorua is just naturally beautiful, and the Duck boat helped to bring a view perspective (on the water) that was an excellent added strength. The narrative is intentionally campy, which is kind of fun, but interlaced with the "ba-boom" humor were a lot of really cool factoids, history and cultural information. We recommend this as a fun, enjoyable and informative outing in Rotorua!

Amazing experience - You will see landscapes and lakes of Rotorua…both in one experience. On rainy days the tour is still enjoyable but you should bring a jacket to stay dry and warm

The best Duck Tour !! - What an amazing experience !! Highly recommend, our tour started with our wonderful tour guide (Tim) introducing himself with a jolly attitude and a smile. After boarding the duck, he went through the safety briefing (which was made fun and comprehensive) once on the road, he made a few jokes along the way (he has a sharp wit and a great sense of humour and knows how to captivate an audience. The knowledge Tim has is seriously extensive and highly informative, and a pleasure to listen to, also the banter between the other duck boat (being driven by the lovely Riley) was funny and just kept the good cheer up and smiles on everyones faces. What wonderful sights we seen along the way. The true beauty of the area and the scenery is just magical. When entering the lakes he took great care and again showed great knowledge on all the flora and fauna and the beautiful bird life. I just want to add that there were 10 in our party with ages ranging between 5 and 60, and we ALL had a super time. if you have ever considered doing a duck tour and haven't yet ?. Then this IS the tour for you.
