See all the highlights! - We had the best day with Carleen! She expertly scheduled the day to cover multiple attractions and was able to keep us ahead of the large bus tours at every stop. From the moment she picked us up with a warm welcome and a smile, until she dropped us off with a sweet treat and a hug, every detail was taken care of. She thoughtfully provided water and snacks, was a willing photographer, and shared a wealth of knowledge about the region. We were able to sample the best experiences in the area with plenty of time to enjoy each one. If you only have one day in the Tauranga/Rotorua area, this is the tour for you. And if you have multiple days, book all of your tours with Carleen's company. She'll take great care of you either way.

Private tour - The guide is very friendly and thoughtful. She is professional and passionate about the Māori culture and history. This excursion is worthy. Clients receive more than the value they pay

Honest Business - We were unable to take the tour. It wasn't safe for the ship to dock. :( Due to lack of Wi-Fi I was unable to contact the tour group, to let them know we wouldn't be able to be there I was able to contact Viator a couple days later. Viator informed me that the tour company already contacted them and my refund was processed. The tour company didn't have to do that. They went above and beyond. This is the kind of business everyone likes you do business with. I hope to get to New Zealand one day and will take this tour
