What a fun day in Dominica…we did a cruise and he picked us up and dropped us off at the ship. BEST DAY/EXCURSION EVER. Snorkel excursion with 2 other couples we’d never met but had a blast with. Small, intimate excursion with “Captain Jeff” and wish could remember his partners name, was so awesome. He got into the water with us at Champagne Reef and called out all the fishes and pointed to everything under us. He made sure we felt the different water temperatures of the “champage bubbles”. We got into the water and his partner took the boat down current so we didn’t have to swim and fight against the ocean current to get back in the boat. FIRST SNORKEL TOUR TO EVER DO THIS. You are not tired from fighting currents to get back to boat. Wish everyone did this. Then he allowed the 3 couples to decide what we wanted to do. We all 100% agreed to the “bubble beach spa” where the volcanic activity creates a hot tub in the ocean. Unbelievable. Great tour. Great tour operator. 1000% recommend this. This is me asking..not the tour. Please bring enough money to treat them right with gratuity. Wish we had more cash on us…everyone emptied thier wallets to makes sure we showed our appreciation.

Great Snorkeling - Great communication to get us to the right spot to meet for the tour. We had a couple amazing snorkeling spots and a stop at Bubbles Beach Spa...a few hours for the tour which was perfect for the hot sun. Always nice to see the coast from the water on boat. Guides were knowledgeable. Good value.

12/10 Experience - Very nice reception right at the port. The ship was delayed and this was also taken into consideration. Then fantastic tour and very nice guide.

Special thanks to the whole team for being flexible with our arrival time and to Captain Jeff for his extra help! - We booked this for a port day months in advance. Someone from the company was in close contact and answered all my questions about what type of boat we’d be using. A few days before our arrival, our ship found out we had to dock at the commercial port outside of town due to Carnivale. The company told us they’d meet us right there at the same pier and we’d leave from there. The morning we were set to arrive at 8:00 am for our short day in port, we found out the ship had been part of a search and rescue mission for hours, and we would be at least 3 hours late getting into Roseau. Again, the company was in close contact and assured us there’d be no problem, they would wait for our arrival. And they did! What service! The equipment (masks, fins, and vests) were like new. The best part was Captain Jeff and his first mate. :) They were absolutely top-notch!!!! Professional, patient, careful, kind, knowledgeable—I knew we were good hands. Jeff kept the 7 of us together and snorkeled with us, constantly pointing out and identifying what we were seeing. It far exceeded my expectations!

Beautiful Day on and in the water - Captain Jeff showed us so many beautiful and interesting things in the water; Tiffany and Charlotte helped us find where to meet and gave us a wonderful welcome.

Must do Snorkel Trip - Excellent company and a great snorkel trip. Tour size was kept small and there were only 8 of us in the boat. Captain Jeff and Michel were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Lots of fish and interesting sea life. Highly recommend this company and crew. The best ambassadors Dominica can have. Will definitely do another tour with them the next time we are here.

Best choice!! - Fantastic trip. Hightly recommend!! The crew were very informative and knowledgeable. They took the time to be sure we were all comfortable with the experience. My husband is not a strong swimmer and they were especially kind and considerate to be sure he had a comfortable and interesting trip. The two snorkel spots were interesting and it was fun to stop in the village. Thanks so much.

Go on this trip and thank me later - The absolute best snorkeling experience ever. We were a small group of 7 and got to see many fish and a variety of coral. The guides loved their country, and gave us so much information. Dominica might be my new favorite Caribbean island because of its pristine natural beauty!

Good Crew and Interesting Snorkeling - Helpful crew guiding us to see interesting things. Very friendly. The final stop to the hot springs wasn’t great, but the time on the boat was.
