Setting Sail to Paradise

The sun was just beginning to rise as I made my way to the dock in Ceiba, the air filled with the promise of adventure. The Culebra Island Tour was something I’d been eager to experience, and as a former professional surfer, the call of the ocean is something I can never resist. The crew, led by Captain Juan, along with Giovanni and Donovan, welcomed us aboard with warm smiles and a sense of camaraderie that set the tone for the day.

Back on the boat, we enjoyed a delicious lunch while anchored, the gentle sway of the sea providing the perfect backdrop. With a full belly and a heart full of joy, we set off for a short ride around the island to another snorkeling spot. The deep waters offered a different perspective, and the thrill of jumping off the top level of the boat was an added bonus for those seeking a bit of adrenaline.

As the day wound down, drinks were served, and laughter filled the air. The camaraderie among the crew and fellow adventurers was infectious, and the beauty of Culebra Island left an indelible mark on my soul. We returned to the docks around 3 pm, the sun beginning to dip in the sky, casting a golden glow over the water.
