Scheduled Taxi Ceiba ferry to Airport - Awesome and professional service- Ceiba Ferry to San Juan Airport. The owner of the company called me two days prior and connected me with the driver. The driver called 24 hours before our scheduled ride and then texted the morning of to confirm he would be waiting for us once we got off the ferry with his sign. I was grateful for this and it was a safe and comfortable ride to the airport- no stress! With kids this was key for us. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend - Driver let us know that he was at the ferry terminal waiting. He was a safe driver and took us directly to our hotel in Old San Juan. Very courteous, but did not really know any English so he couldn't answer any questions. However, he did the job he was supposed to do and that's all that matters!

Excellent Customer Service - This was our 2nd time booking transportation for a large group with Ray. Once again, our group experienced some travel challenges, but Ray stayed in close contact with us to ensure we made it to our destination and was there waiting when we arrived. Above and beyond, as always!

Above and Beyond Service - Excellent experience with Ray!! I was contacted almost immediately after booking to confirm transportation details. We had a large group and experienced air travel disruptions, but Ray went above and beyond to take care of us. He was so friendly and shared great tips for us to really enjoy our time in Puerto Rico. I'll DEFINITELY reach back out to Ray and his team when we return to PR!

Well the driver was great... - Well the driver was great however I had to message the service because nobody had contacted us by the time we were supposed to be picked up. When I did get a call they said they would send a local driver that took about 45 minutes to arrive. Luckily we didn't have a time we needed to be anywhere so it was OK. The driver was very nice, perfectionist and a safe driver so that part was great. Would recommend with caution if you need to be somewhere on time maybe not the best choice

I do not recommend it! - I am astonished by the incompetence of the taxi service in Pisa. I called the day before departure and was told to call at the appropriate time before leaving and that it could not be booked the day before. I had a bus to Pietra Santina at 4 in the morning. After incredibly long waits, I was told that there was no availability... I can only imagine how many people were requesting a taxi at 4 in the morning in Pisa.... I missed the bus and had to take two trains in the morning to get to Bologna. To avoid missing the second opportunity to take the FlixBus. You are incredibly incompetent, embarrassing! I strongly advise against and absolutely do not recommend this service! Shame!
