On this exclusive day tour to Ronda from Granada, we will venture into the heartland and make a halt at an unconventional white Andalusian village, Setenil de Las Bodegas, famous for its homes constructed into the overhangs of rocks above the Rio Trejo river. Next, we travel to the scenic Ronda, renowned for its river canyon known as El Tajo, best observed from the magnificent 18th-century bridge, Puente Nuevo (new bridge). Later, we will explore all the major attractions of this charming town, which is amongst the oldest in Spain, with roots tracing back to prehistoric times. A private local guide from Ronda will take us on a 2-hour walk through this historic town, beginning at the town square, Plaza de España, and its splendid church. Our tour concludes at Plaza de Toros Maestranza, one of Spain’s most ancient Bullrings.
