Rainy but nice day in Ronda and Setenil - The trip included bus and guide. It was cheaper and more convenient than a train. The guide, Monica, was very enthusiastic. In addition to Ronda and Setenil she described other facts on way. One we found interesting was a Scottish connection with Andalucia. A party of knights carrying the heart of Robert the Bruce to Jerusalem got involved in helping the Spanish king in a battle with the Moors. Many were killed but they were victorius. They returned home with the heart and body of their commander, The Black Douglas. The battle is still commemorated to this day. It was a rainy day so Ronda and Setenil were very quiet. There was plenty to do inside. The bus journey was just over an hour.

Excellent day out. - It’s an early start but the journey is beautiful, Setenil is amazing and Ronda is spectacular! Definitely worth going.

Great tour. - This is a great historical tour of these two locations. Gloria was very knowledgeable on the subjects and helpful with recommendations for our free time. I only wish we had more time in Ronda.

Discovering Spanish countryside and inland towns. - We had an amazing day, discovering so many new things. Gloria , our delightful guide worked very efficiently , talking in Spanish and then in English , describing the history of areas that we visited . I appreciated the clear instructions she gave us , re how to retrace our steps to get back to the coach. We enjoyed having plenty of spare time in both locations to enjoy coffee and lunch in a relaxed manner . We enjoyed the bus journeys , seeing so much fascinating countryside .

Get your start times right. - The trip was great. It was what I expected. The problems we had started with the provider wanting information beforehand. They wanted our Hotel so we could be picked up. I could not enter the information. The start time was 9am clearly marked on the ticket. We rang the operator the day before our trip and was told it was 8am start no pick up. LUCKILY we went at 8am. We would have missed the whole trip. No notification of time change. Had we missed the trip we would have been VERY annoyed.
