Excellent - This was our 4th visit to the Vatican. It was the best by far! Because of our tour guide’Fabio’. His knowledge, patience and concern for members of our group with mobility problems were outstanding!

Amazing tour with Fabio! - Absolutely amazing experience; Fabio, the guide, was very knowledgeable, funny and helpful. We spend an afternoon visiting Vatican museum, the Sistine Chapel and the St Peter Basilica. The only minus was the excessive noise in the Sistine Chapel, did not felt like a place to pray and worship. Definitely worth it, it’s by far an unique experience.

Great way to see and experience the Vatican - Very knowledgeable and pure interest in the art work. We were in a small group and I think this option (without knowing standard tours) was the best option. We did see most areas with our tour guide, after the St. Peter church we left for our own exploration of the top Dome & Grotto’s All in all 3-4h well spent.

Great experience with the guide Carolina. - The Carolina guide made an excellent explanation and historical framework of the Vatican. The Portuguese-language guided tour was well accomplished, in order to understand all the important parts of the tour and giving the ideal time to observe, photograph, explain and question.

Great guide and good tour despite crowds and time-constraints - Mara was a very good guide. Her English was excellent. Our group was mostly 50+, from what it appeared, and she progressed at an appropriate pace. Mara was pleasant and seemed to want to make sure all of us were doing ok during the tour. The tour itself was good despite tremendous crowds. We appreciated being able to spend more time in the basilica after the tour.

Worst experience of Rome - In January I closed the tour in the Vatican for 3 experiences as shown in the photo: Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. At the appointed time we arrived for the tour the guide seemed not to like the crowd at the time of the Jubilee she used even an expression that left me scared: it turns me into a devil! I thought we'd go to the Vatican talking about it, but I wish it was the worst experience we'd ever had. We paid 190 euros for the experience and for learning our tour would last 3.5 hours we started at 14:00 by the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, when it was for us to go to the Basilica our guide told us that we would not accompany because the queue was giant and would not enter but would show the door to us, the whole group was understood we were in 8 people (6 Brazilians and 2 Portuguese) when we saw the queue two women gave up and we went in 6, we stayed in a giant queue for 40 minutes, chain disorganized, if people pushing a real chaos but at the time of the queue informed us that there is a ticket that bores this queue and logical that at the time we could not buy, it was so simple to have been clear in the messages and informed us that. But didn't think it better not to explain it, selling a tour of 3 experiments that would last 3.5 hours but offered 2 experiments for 2 hours. I really wanted it to have happened in Brazil the PROCON would help us to solve this very clearly sold and not delivered just return the money.... But besides the badly spent money was to stay without explanation of the Basilica we entered after 40 minutes, the basilica was full of guides who entered the museum with us and only our guide abandoned her group... We stayed inside that huge basilica without practically understanding what the statues were and importance even because we had paid for it and did not worry about studying before. Summarizing who read this review FUJA DESSA EMPRESA, was by far the worst experience of ROMA!!!! We were discarded and could not complain
