Vatican tour worth it. Skip the line 👌🏻 - Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the visit great! 3 hours visit is definitely not enough. Will have to come back

Vatican tour with Valeria - Obviously we were blown away by all of the museums, the Chapel and the Basilica but we were so grateful for Valeria’s knowledge, good humor and organized tour. Highly recommend.

Good tour of Vatican Museum - Good value for money. Guide was very knowledgeable of sculpture, Greek and Roman art and tapestry. Sistine chapel is a must see. We were on our own in St. Peter’s and a guide would be nice. Check the tour information carefully.

Overall a fairly okay... - Overall a fairly okay tour. The guide talked way too much and we stood outside in the cold for almost an hour while she flipped through a picture book. It was so crowded that you needed to keep moving.

Refund - Hi ! My tour was 12/31 at 8:45. It was great experience but St. Peter’s basilica was closed. Can I get some refund. Thanks for advance

Rome visit - Loved Rome, loved the people... A little disappointed with the tour we booked for me and my Wife. We were given instructions via Watts App to were to meet, times etc. Prior to this we were asked to download the App, which had the maps etc of the locations and points of interest. When we got to the start location to meet up with the so called tourist guide we were just told to stand in the queue and go through security. When in the Roman Forum to start, the place is massive and you ARE NOT given enough time to complete plus to get around Palatine Hill, which we didn't see, gutted!. The next was the Collesium, this is a timed schedule after the Forum and the Hill, of which they reckon it can be done in 2.5 hours? This wasn't cheap either.... So if you are visiting, check it out separately so that you spend your time listening to the history and taking in the views with missing anything.

Buy the express ticket but make the walk on your own - It is a destination I recommend to know, however the tour we did not like. The positive part is that they are punctual and you have "no lines" entry The negative is that there are a lot of people (starting off-season). It seems that all the guides explain in full sun on the map of the Sistine chapel, for about AN HOUR, what to see in the chapel, etc. I recommend buying express admission but personally study the Sistine chapel and enjoy time inside the Vatican museums, without wasting time with a guide.

Don’t bother using this company - Tour guide did not show up, no prior communication. Didn’t answer calls from us or Viator. Very disappointed. Viator said they couldn’t do anything as they were only a facilitator. Extremely poor service
