I Love Tuscany - This was an amazing experience! I loved it! Tuscany is amazing. The Pulcino farm and winery experience was everything I hoped it would be. It was authentic fresh food and wine. The tour and the people were so friendly and helpful. The tour guide Anna and driver Max were delightful. They were friendly and helpful. They interacted on a personal level and I enjoyed chatting with them both. They shared their personal experiences which were lovely. Anna helped guide me to find the kitchen souveniers I was looking for.Anna is very knowledgeable, I learned a great amount from her I cant say enough good about them! They are both wonderful people.

Countryside experience! - Going to Tuscany’s countryside was a delight to see. You see the vineyards from afar and get to learn about the history of that area. Beautiful scenery with shopping and the lunch was good. Our guide, Andrea, was very knowledgeable and fun. The bus driver did well !

Pretty views of Tuscany with poor lunch and scammy vibes - We booked this trip through Tripadvisor, but it was organized by City Wonders. The overall trip was ok, Montepulciano and Pienza were beautiful and the local guide in Montepulciano was excellent. However, the location for the rest stop (Fabro) felt lika a poor attempt at scamming us tourists. The place is basically a construction site, the facilities are not well-maintained. The gift shop had extremely cheap vibe but the prices were higher than in Rome. The guide Francesca, had the audacity to tell us on the bus that this is a great place to buy gifts due to very low prices compared to Rome. To top it off, on the way back to Rome we stopped there again, and the guide again encouraged us to buy gifts there. So all altogether we spent an hour in Fabro rest stop and in Montepulciano there was only 30 min free time. The worst part was the lunch. The first appetizer which was supposed to be bruschetta, looked and tasted like it was 3 days old. This was followed by a cube of cheese and 1.5 slice of salami per person. At that point we were still optimistic and looking forward to the main course and dessert. When they served us the pasta with tomato sauce we were shocked how small the portion was. It was maybe 20% of a normal pasta portion we were getting when having dinner/lunch in Rome. This was followed by 1(!) cantuccini biscuit for dessert. Since there was no time to have lunch afterwards we were left hungry and relying on cookies afterwards. Given how cheap the ingredients to make tomato sauce pasta are, we believe there is really no need to scam and starve tourists like this. We were in Italy for a week altogether and this was the worst meal and overall experience of the whole trip.

Great guides/visit but disappointing lunch - It was a long day but it was all organized well. Our main guide Antonino was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, kept things light during a long day and was mindful of timing. He also provided great recommendations in the Rome area too! The visit to Montepulciano was definitely the highlight and our local guide Sara was great! The short visit to Pienza was also a worthy stop. The “wine tasting” and lunch were disappointing though. If you are hoping to learn about wine then this is not the right tour. The lunch felt a bit like a gimmick & tourist trap with a large room full of tour groups. The bruschetta was bland, the pasta overcooked and wine being hastily filled up with no explanation or care. We were hungry so we ate it all up but it was not the experience we expected which was a bummer. Would be 4 stars if lunch was better!

Nice but underwhelming - This trip was a little underwhelming. Mainly the Montepulciano and Pienza towns are just small and not much to do. You can enjoy the vistas of the Tuscany region but nothing too crazy. The wine tasting is just a tasting, so just giving a forewarning. Our wine glasses were never filled. Our tour guide Errica was wonderful, super knowledgeable and super helpful. She was an awesome tour guide. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it to younger folks.

Don't waste your money or time - This was the worst tour thus far, from beginning to end. Upon arriving at the tour, they told us to check in at 7:!5, 15 minutes before the tour leaves, not the 20 minutes as they suggested, the fiv e minutes mattered because they rushed us through a walk across the square, across the street and up the block, leaving seniors and others who couldn't walk quickly behind. Once we were getting on the bus, they allowed people to hold seats and rows at a time. Having the disabled and elderly to take the back sests. When we got to the first location, they gave us twenty minutes to use the bathroom, taste test the products, and purchase, then the Tour assistant Semih rushed us out of the store. The next stop was Monteplanco, there we walked through the town, all on hills, and were also given a short time to shop, when we got on the bus, people started swapping seats, moving others belongings, at the next stop at the church we were given 10 minutes to get off the bus, take pictures and run back My group was delayed a couple of minutes becauseit was a long walk to the bus, and Semih berated us, and threatened to leave us stranded, arguing that it isn't his responsibility to do a head count He nearly left us, until my wife brought it to his attentionusually we were missing. He told her in front of everyone that he would leave us. Upon arriving at the winery the tensions were high. The food and experience were subpar. Nothing spectacular outside of the view. Upon getting on the bus again, people's property was tossed around and moved, leaving people to scramble to find their items and get new seats. I addressed this with Semih, and he did nothing. Dozens of people are angry and concerned for the safety of their items. I asked him to address this to the group, stressing that people were going to get into disputes, and he did nothing . He never addressed the issue, and people were arguing among themselves. At the next stop, Pienza we were left there to shop, finding a bathroom was difficult, most restaurants were closed, and you had to pay for use. Once we got on the bus again, people lost their seats again, and their property thrown. around. This tour was the worst I have experienced, and I have booked over $7000.00 worth of tours. Do not spend your money. This was supposed to be an amazing experience, and instead, we were stressed and filled with anxiety. I've had 5 tours thus far, four receiving 5 stars, this one deserves a zero
