• Santa Cecilia in Trastevere - Expert guides will lead the way to uncover one of Christianity’s oldest basilicas: Santa Cecilia in Trastevere, dating back to 220 AD. After admiring the basilica’s surface, the tour will descend into the basement of Santa Cecilia in Trastevere, offering a chance to explore the remnants of an ancient Roman settlement, including amphorae, mosaics, and structures like ancient Roman domus. Additionally, the basement houses the sacred site of Santa Cecilia’s martyrdom and the Art Deco crypt dedicated to her in 1913.
