June visit to St Peter’s Basilica. - This was an excellent experience and would certainly do it again. The basilica is beautiful and an experience you will not forget.

Get tour for the Jubilee year - I was very pleased with the quality of our tour. Our group was easy to find and get registered. Our guide was excellent and had impeccable knowledge of the Christian history and the Basilica's architecture, and was obviously adept at managing a large group of tourists navigating through a dense crowd. It was a special visit for me and my family.

Our guide made the difference - Saint Peter’s is a beautiful cathedral our guide Mariana was quite knowledgeable, enthusiastic and so attentive to the group. On a jubilee Saturday, the crowds were everywhere, but Marianna made sure that we saw it all. Highly recommend this tour

St. Peter’s Basilica snd Grottoes - We took taxi to meeting point which was easy for the driver to find and the tour guides were right there to organize the groups. We were in Sean’s group. He was kind, very knowledgeable and experienced. We gained a lot of facts and enjoyed our tour very much! We started our tour in the piazza then into the grottoes to see tomb of many former Popes as well as St Peters. We then walked up into st Peters Basillica and were shown around. It is easy to hear your tour guide with the ear pieces handed out in the beginning. After our tour we had an Oporto walk around on our own. Visit the gift shop. Be blessed by the priest. Listen to part of a mass going on. Then we went up into the dome after purchasing separate ticket for $10 but if you wish to use elevator you will pay $15 for the dome entrance. Our day was fulfilling!

Worthwhile tour and excellent guide - Unfortunately we missed the start due to the change of meeting place and we could not find it. However we managed to meet the group just before entering the basilica after communicating with the office staff. The guide [Elia} was excellent - informative, knowledgeable and to the point. The tour was great and after he took us aside to explain what we had missed. It is very easy to get in through security - only 5 mins waiting and its all very organised.

Amazing - Beautiful tour but you need to read the instructions carefully, we did not and were not able to access to the digital experience!!!! Be prepared to stand in the sun for a very long time.

Tour Guide Never showed up . - A group of six traveled to Rome a day early in order to take the tour and visit the basilica. The tour guide never showed up at the appointed location. We were among many others that were there for the same tour. After multiple phone calls to the Travel company they did answer the phone and informed us that the tour was canceled. They also claim that they tried to reach me Which they had not. When I asked them if they also tried to reach the other 15 people that were there for the tour that were not part of our group as well only then agreed to refund my cost. However, the cost of the van to Rome and back to our original location was over €500. We were not happy with the lack of customer service that we experienced and additional cost.

Not worth the wait in Hot Sun and crowds - Tour guide did his best. We stood for at least an hour in 85 degree weather along with hundreds of others. Finally got access to St Peter’s and the Grotto was closed. We only got to tour a 1/3 of St Peter’s because of a service going on, very disappointing!
