Well organized and knowledgeable staff - Excellent tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and gave us so much good information. We had some waits in line, but I was glad because we just got more background information. We could not go into the grottos because if a special mass in St Peter's, but we just waited and went after the tour when the mass ended. Excellent guide, meeting place was easy to find, and staff was organized.

Excellent - Our St. Peter’s Basilica tour was excellent. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear and engaging way. We learned so much without ever feeling bored. The pace was perfect, and the guide made the history and details of the Basilica really come alive. Overall, a great experience—highly recommended!”

Get tour for the Jubilee year - I was very pleased with the quality of our tour. Our group was easy to find and get registered. Our guide was excellent and had impeccable knowledge of the Christian history and the Basilica's architecture, and was obviously adept at managing a large group of tourists navigating through a dense crowd. It was a special visit for me and my family.

Disappointing - The tour guide was very informative and we enjoyed going through the tombs down below. Unfortunately, we found out at the last minute that the tour was going to begin later than scheduled - no reason given after getting there in early morning. The Pieta was a primary reason for going, but the tour guide left us to find it on our own and took the rest of the group to the tower. He was very vague about how to get in to see the Pieta and even mentioned that it could be closed to visitors...he wasn't sure. We never could figure out how to get in to see it and it was a huge disappointment.

Amazing - Beautiful tour but you need to read the instructions carefully, we did not and were not able to access to the digital experience!!!! Be prepared to stand in the sun for a very long time.

Terrible "tour" guide for US Tourists - Had us waiting during a massive heat wave, nearly an hour of waiting with no movement. Wrong meeting point and tour guide was moving around while leaving everyone behind. Extremely unprofessional of our guide Olena. It was an extremely unpleasant time. Requesting full refund

Tour Guide Never showed up . - A group of six traveled to Rome a day early in order to take the tour and visit the basilica. The tour guide never showed up at the appointed location. We were among many others that were there for the same tour. After multiple phone calls to the Travel company they did answer the phone and informed us that the tour was canceled. They also claim that they tried to reach me Which they had not. When I asked them if they also tried to reach the other 15 people that were there for the tour that were not part of our group as well only then agreed to refund my cost. However, the cost of the van to Rome and back to our original location was over €500. We were not happy with the lack of customer service that we experienced and additional cost.
