A simply extraordinary experience - The visit to the Vatican Museums was impeccably organized: well-managed times, clear path and no time for confusion. The tour was conducted with great professionalism, competence and attention to visitors, making the experience even more engaging. Museums are literally crazy: an incredible concentration of art, history and beauty, with rooms full of unique works in the world. Each room leaves you breathless and transmits the greatness and cultural richness preserved over time. An experience that I absolutely recommend and that deserves to be lived at least once in a lifetime.

Everything perfect - Unique experience, never seen so much beauty all at once. Rome would not be Rome without the Vatican Museums. Thanks to “The Roman Guy” for the professionalism: punctuality, very kind staff, efficiency; we recommended to enjoy the museums without waiting.

Wonderful tour, worthwhile use of your time. - Very informative and thorough tour. We saw so much and Kate kept us moving without feeling rushed. The small group size was great for keeping everyone together. Kate was charming and helpful and answered all questions. She was full of good stories and pointed out many things that one would miss by going on their own. In addition, having the skip the line and special tour guide access means we maximized our time there with no unnecessary waiting around. We went in January which was ideal for temperature and crowds. This tour involves a lot of walking and some stairs.

Despite many tour groups - we had the best guide. Flowed through and made the three hours so worthwhile. - The best tour despite the crowds. Our guide had so much knowledge and for her alone it was worth it. An amazing experience and recommend it.

Probably the best way to tour the vatican - This tour was well worth the price. "Skip-the-line" really saves time and it was even better that that we were in the first group of the day. There were still a lot of people inside, especially in the Sistine Chapel, but if we had come in later it would have been wall-to-wall and hard to see anything, judging by the very long lines outside. Our tour guide was great (unfortunately I have forgotten her name) and hit the museum highlights well. This was in October, so I think this tour would be even more essential during the "high season" summer months.

Nice, I thought we would be able to sit and pray in the Sisten Chapel. It is not set up for that. I am living and learni - Liked seeing all the stuff. More info in the beginning on keeping our tickets. A member of Our party misplaced his and had to go buy another one to get into the museum. We had a very nice time. We went through the catacombs afterwards. We went to the Swiss guards and received tickets for the Papal blessing on Wednesday. We are here two more weeks until the 26th of November. Would like to go on another tour. Do you have any for the Papal blessing? Thanks. My girlfriend wentvon one where they met Pope Francis. Thank you.

Vatican Museum -fantastic tour with Enza, be warned don’t go if you don’t like crowds - Great tour with Enzo Broccoli. Incredibly knowledgeable guide, not often your tour guide has a PhD, who masterfully kept the group together despite the crowds. I could not fault the way the tour was carried out. The only thing that could be improved would be if the number of visitors in the museum was reduced. Far too crowded for comfort! The art is stunning and brought to life by the wonderful commentary

Not what is promissed - I was very disappointed with how this Vatican tour was run. The tour is titled: Privileged Entrance Vatican Tour with Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica. First, I paid full price for all five of us, including my 5-year-old child. When we arrived, I was told she didn’t even need a ticket. This means I paid full price for her, yet she wasn’t actually part of the tour in any meaningful way. That feels misleading and unfair. Second, the tour description stated that the group size would be a maximum of 10 people. Our group had 17. This made the experience far more crowded, harder to follow, and much less personal than what was advertised. Third, we specifically chose this tour because the itinerary said it would start in the chapel and then move to the museums to better manage the crowds. This did not happen. Fourth, the tour advertised a “privileged entrance.” In reality, it was just standard skip-the-line access like many other tours. There was nothing special or exclusive about it, despite this being a major selling point. Lastly, the tour was positioned as a way to get inside before the crowds. This was not true. We spent more time queuing than actually inside. I understand that crowd levels are not fully under the company’s control, but the experience was clearly misrepresented in how it was sold. Overall, this tour did not match what was promised, and I would not have booked it had the description been accurate.
