• Minimum Participants: A minimum of 4 guests is required for the tour to proceed. If the minimum is not met, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
• Maximum Group Size: To ensure a personalized experience, the limit is set at 8 guests per guide. We maintain flexibility (1-2 extra guests) to keep bookings together, or the tour may run with fewer than six people.
• Route: 100% of the route is within the Historic City Center and on the Tiber River bike path. Although routes are carefully selected, light vehicular traffic on surface streets is occasionally unavoidable.
• Itinerary Changes: In case of official celebrations, public events, or demonstrations in central Rome, the operator reserves the right to substitute one or more itinerary highlights to ensure the group’s safety.
• Riding Experience: A minimum level of cycling experience is mandatory.
• Guide’s Discretion: A short pre-departure test will be conducted. The guide reserves the absolute right to deny participation (no refund) if any guest is deemed unsuitable due to lack of ability or physical/mental health concerns.
• Infants: Infants and children (up to 20kg /44lbs) travel free of charge using a provided booster seat.
• Children: Children (under 139cm/4ft 7 in) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer).
• E-Bike Minimum Age: The minimum age to operate an E-Bike is 12 years old.
