- in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Fairly easy. - Pretty easy. The meeting spot is very crowded though and we had a hard time finding our driver. In the end it was all fine though.

Driver from Rome airport to hotel. - Our driver was on ti e very professional. Excellent service. Was on time with a sign. Easy to spot. Second time I have used this service in armor.

Everything was great... - Everything was great except our luggage took a long time (about 1 1/2 hour) to collect at baggage claim. Viator contacted us about 1 hour after our flight had landed and said they would wait another 1/2 hour. I explained that we were still waiting for our luggage. They said they would wait an extra 10 minutes. Luckily our luggage arrived after another 20 minutes. The delayed luggage was not Viators fault. We did appreciate them giving us a little more time.

Convenient Way to Travel - Melissa was our driver. She found us right away in the airport and took two of our suitcases. Once we got in the van, it was very comfortable and she made the trip interesting by telling us about different places, especially when we got into Rome. Took us straight to our hotel. It was such a convenient way to get from the airport directly into Rome. I highly recommend this service.

Reliable driver - Driver was waiting for us after our flight was delayed by 30 minutes and misplaced luggage. It was a relief to see that he had not abandoned us. He helped with bags and did a good job. We would recommend.

I rarely leave negative... - I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I had to request a time change for our transfer due to our international flight being cancelled and rebooked and politely inquired about a refund. While the refund was eventually processed (which I appreciated), the response I received from the company was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
Instead of a courteous explanation, I was met with an aggressive and sarcastic message that felt entirely unnecessary and inappropriate. As a paying customer simply asking a fair question, I expected basic respect and professionalism—neither of which were shown.
I would advise others to think twice before booking, as respectful customer service should be a given, not a gamble.
