Our drivers, who all speak English, will greet you at the arrival terminal immediately after you leave the baggage claim area. The driver will be holding a signboard with your name on it.

In about 45 minutes, you will arrive at your accommodation, ready to begin your vacation in the Eternal City.

For an additional fee, you can add a 3-hour sightseeing tour upon arrival in the city center. Please note that a guide is not included.

If you are heading to the airports, the pickup will be from your address in Rome. The journey will take 45 minutes to Fiumicino (FCO) and 35 minutes to Ciampino (CIA).

VERY IMPORTANT:

• PICKUP AT AIRPORTS: It is crucial to provide the flight number (e.g., AZ651, AA110, UA40, FR7070) so the driver can track it online for any delays or early arrivals.
• PICKUP IN ROME CITY: Ensure the pickup time is scheduled at least 3 hours before your flight’s departure time.
