Great food, excellent guide, fun experience! - Sabina was an exceptional guide, engaging and enjoyable to walk and chat with. Tour was well-paced with both well-known and out of the way historical sights sandwiched between stops for really good, authentic Roman snacks and delicious treats.

A Kind and Enthusiastic Guide, but Lacking Key Tour Essentials - Firstly, I would like to commend our guide for her bravery and willingness to step into this role, especially considering that she recently graduated from high school and has limited proficiency in English. However, I must admit that this tour fell significantly below my expectations, particularly compared to the many tours I’ve experienced in various countries over the past few years. The guide was 10 minutes late, and the contact number provided on TripAdvisor was not reachable, which caused some initial concern. The main issue, in my opinion, was her limited knowledge of the local history and her struggles with English communication, both of which are crucial for delivering an engaging and informative food tour experience. On the positive side, she was kind and pleasant throughout the journey, and her enthusiasm was evident. With more training, experience, and confidence, I believe she has the potential for a bright future in this field. I wish her all the best in her career!

Late Start and Too Much Standing Around - The tour started 30 minutes late with no explanation or apology. We stood around in the heat waiting for the guide and other guests to arrive. Once we started, it was clear that the pace was poorly planned—we spent too long at certain spots and then had to rush others. The overall experience felt chaotic and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

No Communication and Tour Was Canceled Last Minute - We traveled from out of town specifically for this tour, only to receive a cancellation email two hours before the scheduled time. No one answered the phone, and we never got a refund. Totally unacceptable. If you rely on this company during your trip, make sure you have a backup plan.
