Misinformed - Our tour guide Italo was amazing! Viator, however did not disclose an additional 120 euros when we were picked up at the port. I was told by the Viator representative that the amount charged at the time was the total amount for the excursion. When I called to discuss they were not helpful and said that’s the policy. I took too prior excursions booked through them the same week, there were no added port charges to them.

Day Trip in Rome - This was a jam packed private tour of Rome with Rolando. He was very knowledgeable about the various historical attractions. Apart from being a great tour guide, he is a great driver, navigating tight streets of Rome with no problem. He also has the inside tips on where to get tickets and areas to avoid. And most importantly, he was able to get us back to our cruise ship in time with no issues. Overall, a great excursion and would recommend if you are in Rome.

A day in Rome - Rolando set up a great tour. We ended up throwing him off a bit though when we’d seen some places ahead of time so he quickly improvised & took us to new ones! It was fantastic! Went to a more local than tourist spot for lunch, fabulous!

Great Private Tour - Rolando provided us an exceptional private one day tour of Rome’s beautiful highlights. He customized the tour for our group of four. His Mercedes van was very comfortable and clean. Rolando did a great job of explaining the city. Very knowledgeable driver and got us to our destinations. He went out of his way to get us to the sites. His recommendation for lunch was excellent. Thank you Rolando!!!!

Great tour to cover a lot of ground! - Our driver (Ronaldo) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We covered so much ground with him! We booked the 5 hour tour because we had already seen St. Peter’s Basilica the day before and were planning on seeing the Colosseum the following day. If you don’t have plans already to see both, I’d highly recommend booking the 8 hour tour. The lines for both those places are VERY long and you can’t really get through them in the estimated time on the suggested itinerary. The vehicle was clean and quite comfortable.

A++++ Amazing - Our tour guide was amazing. My husband and I got to see everything we wanted and our guide patiently waited for us as we explored. Our guide was able to even get us to a place where we were able to see the Pope on a Sunday. We enjoyed WiFi and water and got to see it all in 8 hours.
