Savour a traditional 4-course Roman meal prepared by your personal chef. Start the feast with an antipasto, followed by a classic pasta course, and then traditional Roman meat course. End the evening on a sweet note with a traditional crowd pleaser, tiramisù.

This was followed by the Carbonara, a masterpiece of balance between Pecorino and crispy guanciale, a dish that told stories of Rome with every bite. The final dessert, a heavenly Tiramisù, sealed the experience with a sweetness that still resonates in our memories. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! - We began with an appetizer, a true delight! It tantalized our taste buds. This was followed by a first course, the 'Carbonara', masterfully prepared with the perfect balance of Pecorino Romano and crispy bacon. The flavor was authentic, rich, and absolutely delicious—a gem of Roman cuisine where the taste of the bacon perfectly blended with the Pecorino.
The evening concluded with a 'Tiramisu' dessert, soft and creamy, leaving a sweet memory of this culinary experience. In addition to the exquisite dishes, Chef Carlo, despite not speaking perfect English, shared anecdotes and secrets of Roman cuisine, making the experience even richer and more personal.
It was a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in Roman culture through its authentic flavors, all within the comfortable environment of our B&B. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to taste the best of Roman cuisine without having to leave home.

Truly extraordinary! - I am speechless when I think about the extraordinary experience we had with Carlo. It was much more than a simple meal, it was an emotional journey through Roman flavors and culinary traditions, an experience that touched our hearts and souls.
Apparently, he was a little shy, but he opened up, and I found this very beautiful. Chef Carlo's passion for food and Rome is palpable, it's as if every ingredient had a story to tell and he knew how to make it shine.
Carlo didn't just cook for us, he shared his culture, his history, and his passion with us. His stories made each dish even more special because we could understand the context and love he put into each creation.

Lovely intimate dinner with friends - Carlo is a lovely soul! Dinner was exceptional classic Roman fare and it was wonderful to stay in and enjoy the terrace of the home in which we spent the week. Highly recommend!

Perfect Rome Experience - I have celiac and couldn’t find a pasta making class like everyone else in Italy. I was on the hunt for several weeks for something special when I stumbled upon Carlo. His first language is of course Italian, but with the help of Google translate nothing was lost in conversation. He had zero issues making amazing dinner for the 5 of us. Carlo is an absolute hidden gem on viator. I can’t say enough great things about this experience and Carlo.
