RELAXED AND PERSONAL - Great Day!! Loved the small group of five. Van was good but would have been tight for 6 people for long drive to coast. Was perfect amount of historical detail while on drive. If your looking for a relaxed private type feel this is the option to do.

Simply Amazing!! - It was an amazing tour experience to visit Pompeii and Amalfi coast with Manuela and Luigi. Both of them shared wealth of knowledge on Rome and surroundings all the way til Amalfi. My family loved the entire course with them. Will highly recommend taking the tour from Rome. Manuela and Luigi provided valuable insights on local culture, cuisine and interesting facts. Felt safe all the way through.

The BEST Pompeii tour with Giuseppe! - We had such an amazing experience with Giuseppe! He went above and beyond for us this trip. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable, and he was early for our morning pickup. His love for this region was very clear through his tour. Our driver was also excellent and we are so thankful for his prompt pickups. We will 100% book again the next time we are in Rome. We can’t recommend this tour enough!

Pompei and coastal villages a must see - This was a very full 13 hour day. Our tour guide Teresa and Driver Luigi were great to spend a day with very knowledgable. When we arrived at Pompeii we had a private tour guide named Hector. He is 84 years old and definitely knows every inch of the ancient city . Later we travelled on to the coast , one thing I will say eat a very light lunch in the town since the road is windy and can easily cause car sickness . loved visiting the tiny coastal towns. Your is worth doing, would have liked longer in Pompeii but since we traveled from Rome you cannot stay much longer. Every one of our guides was fluent in English. The one tunnel thru the mountain was 6km longer, was a new experience for us.

Highly recommend! - My partner and I had an excellent experience on this trip. We were with only one other couple in the van, which made it feel very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the skip the line experience at Pompei and the tour guide was fantastic. What an incredible way to see the city. The recommended restaurant in Amalfi was on the water with a lovely view of the harbour and the food was delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic day and would recommend this experience!

Good visit to Pompei - Pick up at our Airbnb was very prompt and the guide did a good job explaining what the day's plan was. Together the guide & driver tried their best to accomodate any special requests we had. The local guide at Pompei was very experienced, knowledgeable and engaging. Despite his self discolsed age, he was quite energetic and funny at the same time. Unfortunately there was bad weather when we visited the Amalfi coast so did not get a chance to do a whole lot out there.

This tour was disappointing - Our tour guide was very kind but hadn’t done the tour for a while and couldn’t remember facts of details about where were we as we drove to Pompeii. Our guide at Pompeii spent abt 30+ minutes of our two hour tour showing us brothels and the stone beds and lengthy discussions about what occurred there. It was incredibly disappointing to come from Idaho in the US and spend so much time on one aspect of Pompeii and miss seeing so much more. We were supposed to spend two hours in Positano but it is basically closed for the winter. No shops or restaurants were open there, so we drove to amalfi. 80% of amalfi was closed because it’s winter, and there were only a few places to eat-all tourist food. Instead of spending 2:5 hours there, we ate and our tour left because there was nothing to do. Since we were only in Italy for four days, this was sincerely a waste of time. Why are tours offered to towns that are closed during the winter? Why wasn’t there a backup plan? Very, very disappointing.
