The experience kicks off with a traditional Italian aperitivo: a refreshing Spritz accompanied by our delectable homemade cacio e pepe chips – the perfect beginning!
Then, immerse yourself in the pasta-making process. With the expert guidance of our enthusiastic local chef, you’ll knead the dough, shape your fettuccine, and fill ravioli.

Afterward, you’ll create your own tiramisù, customizing it with your preferred toppings.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down to savor the delicious pasta you’ve crafted, freshly cooked and served with traditional Roman sauces prepared by our chef. To enhance the meal, enjoy a bruschetta and a second drink of your choice.
And naturally, for dessert, delight in the tiramisù you’ve made!
