A very in-depth personal... - A very in-depth personal tour. The guide gave good context and details we would have missed had we gone on our own and even showed us some other related sites in the area. She offered to take some pictures of us as well.

First Roman Tour Exoperience - What a great experience for our first tour in Rome. Monica was simply amazing. From check in to final good byes she is a first rate tour guide. Her informational background to all aspects of the Pantheon was interesting and kept our attention the entire time with her. She knows her stuff!! I would highly recommend her to anyone and her suggestions for lunch and gelato afterwards were spot on. Thank you , thank you for a great first time experience…….you are the standard by which i now hold all future tour guides in Rome!

Thanks! - We were unfortunately unable to go on our tour, as planned, due to reasons beyond the tour providers control. The tour provider called us to confirm that were were coming and that was great as we had a bad experience the day prior with another tour company who didn't show up. We greatly appreciated and recommend this tour and the tour company based on their sheer professionalism.

Great tour and great tour guide . Highly recommend - Max was our tour guide for the Spanish steps, trevi fountain and pantheon walking tour and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable with all the history here in Rome. He took his time at all the stops explaining all the interesting facts and allowed sufficient time for photos. At the end of the tour he provided suggestions of other place for us to see and places to eat. He was extremely resourceful and helpful. We really enjoyed the tour with him and would like to do more

Awestruck - ATI was our guide and she was a breathe of fresh air. She calmly took us through the Pantheon from it's construction to it's use throughout the decades. We were not rushed and learned a lot about the history and various special sections. Highly recommend her and the building is so special.

Very pleased with this tour - Our tour guide was very friendly & helpful. She even came to get us when we couldn't find the meeting point. She told us lots of historical data on the Pantheon and Rome and answered all our questions.

Total rip off and bad customer service - We arrive to the exact location where we were to meet our guide 15 minutes before the stated time. The Guide never showed. I tried to call the contact number on the reservation, and there was no answer. I confirmed with other guides for other tours who were in the same location that I was in the right spot. I called.Viator. They also could not get in contact with the tour guide. They offered to process a refund which I agreed to. Then I received an email that they said they were denying the refund. I sent an email back saying that was unacceptable and couldn’t not believe they would not refund my money. They sent another email back saying they are not going to refund me and gave no reason why other then they claim they did some sort of research. I could not be more upset with them, especially since I’ve spent over $1500 in tours while I’m in Italy with them.
