Pantheon’s best - Our tour guide was positively adorable. She was very knowledgeable about history in general and she was enthused about teaching. We loved her!

What a magical trip! - Our guide connected history with modern life in such a relatable way. He even shared how Romans today still see the Pantheon as a symbol of pride. I loved how the experience wasn’t rushed, and skipping the line meant we had more time to soak it all in. Pure magic.

A new experience - I've always seen photos of the Pantheon, but being there in person was something else. What made it even better was our guide. He didn’t just talk about dates and facts. He told us stories about the people who built it and lived around it. It felt personal. The skip-the-line ticket was gold,we walked right in while others waited under the sun. Highly recommend if you want to feel more than just a tourist.

Fast entry - I’ve seen the Pantheon before, but this guided tour gave me a whole new perspective. The stories behind the columns, the oculus, and the transformation into a church were captivating. Totally worth every euro, especially with the fast entry.

We were given a choice of either to cancel the tour or take up an audio guided tour. He added that we would be given a full refund if we cancel the tour or a partial refund if we opt for an audio guided tour. We had no alternative but to opt for the audio guided tour. He assisted to download an Apps to the phone but was not given any ear piece. We proceeded with the tour without using the apps . To date we are still waiting for the partial refund which your representative advised would be processed automatically without any further communication from us. We should only pay for the Skip the Line Ticket as we did not use the Apps downloaded on my phone WE would appreciate if you could process the refund before I leave any review of our experience Regards Siu Ung Ting
