Then, under the guidance of a professional chef, participants will knead, roll, and shape homemade pasta dough to make fettuccine and stuffed ravioli, employing traditional Italian methods.
Following the cooking session, participants will dine in a delightful restaurant, savoring a complete meal featuring the pasta and dessert they’ve prepared, complemented by a glass of wine and a taste of limoncello.

Fabulous cooking class! - Lisa was our chef and she made the experience so much fun! She worked with each of us in the class teaching us the correct way to make pasta, ravioli and tiramisu! At the end of the class, we dined outside and ate what we made - and it was delicious!! Thank you chef Lori!!

Cooking experience came up a bit short - Chef Paris was amazing. She's lively and funny, and was a great instructor. The class of 16 people was way too big for us. And at $100 per person, the class needs to be smaller. Also, the sage and butter as well as the amatriciana sauces were very bland. I was hoping for more.
