Vehicles will travel together (like connected train carriages) on tour and guests all listen to the same tour guide through the use of earpieces. In some occasions guests who book together may be asked to separate between the two vehicles.
- Please also note that it is very easy to get lost in Rome and it can be at times difficult to find a free taxi, especially if you are 5 or more people and need 2 taxis. As this is a group tour, we cannot delay the tour for late participants. Please give yourself plenty of time and arrive early to our office, the tour meeting point. If you know you will be late, please call us so we may find a suitable solution.

- Note on Infants: unfortunately, due to safety regulations, we are unable to accept infants under 2 years of age. Children from 2 to 12 years old are welcome and Biga tours can provide car seats or boosters for free. Please notify us of each child’s age so that we can provide the appropriate seat size.

Great tour wonderful idea... - Great tour wonderful idea on the golf cart easy to get around. Also the tour guide was wonderful. The only thing I would have changed was the weather

This is a very interesting and informative tour, thoroughly enjoyed! - The guide was a very informative young lady who explained very clearly everything she was showing us and was very adept at driving on the extremely bumpy roads of the Antica Appica!

Don’t miss this tour! - Great experience. Catacombs is a must. Great tour guide. Guide pointed out many other places on our way. Appia Way is impressive. Gulf Cart is comfortable.

Great way to see a lot! - Our tour guide, Francesco, was a delight! He was extremely knowledgeable and mixed in the perfect amount of humor with the history. This was a great way to see a lot while saving your feet. The catacombs were a little underwhelming and it was hard to hear the guide. But overall a great experience!

The tour was both... - The tour was both entertaining and educational. The tour guide spoke at a pace that was easy to understand and allowed plenty of time for questions and answers. We would absolutely recommend this tour.

Book this tour! - We highly recommend this tour! Gaia, the business owner was our tour guide. Although the weather did not cooperate, Gaia had a great sense of humor and tremendous knowledge of Rome and the Appian Way. Our stop at the catacombs was a highlight as Tobias (our guide during that tour) was also terrific. Don’t hesitate to book this tour!

Biga and Gaia for a great experience on the Appian Way - We took a tour led by Gaia (co-owner) and it was an excellent tour, rich with information and well done. Well worth the effort for some surprises on the way as well. Catacombs was a good part of the tour as well.

Pantheon and Catacombs and Appian Way - My husband and I booked a small group tour of the Pantheon with Jason, who was so awesome that we immediately signed up for a golf cart tour of the Catacombs and Appian Way. We had Stephanie as our guide on that one, also awesome, and also stopped at the Baths of Caracalla and Circus Maximus.
These were friendly, knowledgeable, fun guides who made our one full day in Rome a spectacular experience!
