In this cooking class, participants will enjoy two of Rome’s finest offerings - its cuisine and its beverages. They will create three of Italy’s most renowned spritzes: starting with Aperol, followed by Hugo during the cooking session, and concluding with Limoncello in the afternoon.
As the mixologist host demonstrates how to craft these classic Italian drinks, participants will also engage in preparing their own fresh, handmade pasta.
Mix, roll, and knead the dough using locally sourced ingredients, then slice and cook. Under the guidance of a professional local chef, make a traditional Italian sauce, either carbonara or cacio e pepe (for vegetarians), and then relax and enjoy.
Get ready to be dusted with flour, slightly tipsy, and thoroughly satisfied with delicious food. That’s the Roman way.

The best cooking class ever !!!!! - Wow is all I can say 😍 we had the best time shivii and Aruta were the most amazing hosts for our group the helped everyone interact the recipe was unbelievable!!!!! So so so much fun I 💯 recommend 😍😍😍😍

AMAZING EXPERIENCE - Shivii was our chef today and she was AMAZING. She has the best personality ever and made our whole trip with this class…..definitely recommend if you are in Rome with friends, family, boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife. Such a good experience I cannot fault it!!!

Cooking class in Rome - I recently took a cooking class in Rome with Giovanna and Azin, and it was an absolute highlight of my trip. Both instructors were warm, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, creating a relaxed atmosphere that made learning truly enjoyable. We prepared delicious tiramisu, carbonara e cacio e pepe using fresh local ingredients, and I left not only with new skills but also with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting an authentic and fun taste of Roman cuisine.

Local Homey Italian Gourmet! - Our first experience in making pasta and tiramisu from the scratch. It was very nice and we both really enjoyed it! Really recommended if you're in Rome for a holiday. Giovanna and Anzi were very friendly hosts!

Amazing - We were at a pasta workshop in Rome and it was simply an unforgettable experience. The instructors were professional, patient and passionate about Italian food, and managed to make us feel at home from the first moment. We learned to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, roll, cut and create different shapes, and each step was fun and intriguing. In addition, the atmosphere was warm and family-like, with lots of smiles and interesting explanations about the local tradition. At the end, we sat down to taste the dishes we had prepared, and the taste was simply wonderful. An experience highly recommended to anyone visiting Rome and loving good food. Without a doubt, this was one of the most special activities on our trip, and we recommend that anyone looking for an authentic, delicious and fun experience incorporate it into their itinerary in Rome, truly with great love.
