visiting colosseum - The Colosseum trip organized was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend them for a smooth and memorable experience!

Amazing Vespa tour of Rome - We had an amazing time with our three guides, 3 vespas in the tour, we visited different areas of Rome that I have never seen including hills and the explanation of key landmarks was great. Is a very different experience to be on the Vespa enjoying the city.

A little bit disappointed - The Colosseum is huge and very interesting. Arena is only a small platform. Roman Forum and Palatine Hill are massive areas with no proper information. The Audio Guide app consists of legends but has no historical information. We would expect more info about the construction, how it was built, when, by whom.

Didn’t make it - We got stuck on a train that they had problems with the doors closing the time we got there we were a few minutes late and they were gone so we had no tour

SCAM - This is a scam!!!. No one showed up at the meeting point, and we waited for an hour. Please do not buy your ticket from this provider.

They didn't show up the day. - They simply did not show up on the day, did not answer the messages and did not answer the calls. We tried contact several times and nothing. Oh, bad.

Rescheduling confusion and no follow up - Our tour was originally scheduled for the first Sunday of the month, which I learned is a free-entry day. The tour company contacted me to let me know and offered the option to reschedule. I requested to move the tour to the following day, but I never received any email confirmation or updated ticket information. Although I did get a text confirming the new date and was told I would receive the tour time and tickets the next morning, that follow-through never happened. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no further communication from the company. Ultimately, I was notified by email that I would be issued a full refund, which I appreciate. However, I should have been informed of the cancellation directly by the tour company rather than receiving a confirmation for a new tour date that never materialized.

Never had it !!!! - I was unable to go on the experience due to a building collapse which closed the access road The police directed me to a much longer route Which meant i was late for my entry slot So far i have heard nothing back after two emails and texts I would not recommend I was emailed by viator saying no refund because the operator hasnt agreed it So Not impressed by bayroutes

DO NOT BOOK HERE. A SCAM. BUY YOUR ENTRY TICKETS DIRECT THROUGH A TOUR COMPANY OR AT THE COLOSSEUM TICKET OFFICE! - DO NOT BOOK HERE. BUY YOUR TICKETS AT THE OFFICE THERE. This is literally a scam. Should’ve listened to the other reviews here. Thought it would be nice to do The Colosseum on our last day in Rome. We changed our train ticket, coming from Vernazza, to accommodate the “sunset” tour. Even though it was an audio tour with no guide, we wanted ample time to enjoy it all. This was our last big huzzah. I checked both the emails and trip advisor that morning, everything was confirmed. It said we had a “voucher” for tickets and we would receive them when we met with the actual tour company there. Just before arriving, I received a message that the arena was not open to “tour groups that day because of an event.” I looked around at all the other tour groups entering, looked up the news to see what was happening, tried getting in contact with both the tour company and trip advisor, no luck. So now here we are, sun is going down. Finally decide to see if we can grab some last minute tickets just to enter. Waited in line for another 45minutes. We were the last two people to get tickets 3:14PM, they close the ticket office at 3:15PM. We were told The Colosseum was open until 4:30 so at least I’d have an hour to walk around and try to take it all in. At 4:00 everyone was ushered out. I got to see it, but only for about 25 minutes after swimming through other tour groups. Long story short; spent $100 on new train tickets to get there on time. Another $50 on actual tickets, and a few hours of scheduled time wasted. Trip Advisor has done nothing to accommodate this issue. Hopefully this review prompts a change, but I don’t get that time back. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Guide never showed - Our guide never showed up to give us instructions. He phoned us to tell us he was not coming when we were already there waiting for him. Got an email then when we were already there telling us we needed headphones which we did not have with us. He called us but it was a very poor connection and he had a strong accent so I could not understand him and we never did get the audio working. Paid money for nothing. Very poor. Would not recommend at all. Would give a zero if I could.
