Wonderful trip to Rome - We spent a fantastic day with Italo on our trip to Rome and the Vatican City. It was a very hot day and having the comfort of the air conditioned vehicle and plenty of bottled water made the day much more manageable. Italo is very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of information and dropped us off close to all of the historical sites and attractions.

VIP Driver - Ship to Shore - Italo was delightful and knew all the best routes to ensure we got from the ship to Rome and back in time to ensure we did not miss our departure..!

A great experience ! Rolando is a star. - I would highly recommend this ! Rolando was amazing, very friendly, highly professional, super-knowledgeable and really kind. An extremely comfortable and enjoyable way to tour all the sights in Rome. Rolando even recommended a local trattoria for lunch - off the tourist trail. Otherwise we would never have found it!

Great day in Rome. - Great tour and tour guide. Gets you were you want to be, very knowledgeable. Understands cruise ship logistics, no need to worry about getting back on time. Highly recommend over the cruise ship buses.

Best most comfortable tour of Rome. - The tour was perfect. Rolando was on time, informative and personable. It was comfortable seeing the sites and getting to cool off in the air conditioned Mercedes. In our opinion it is the only way touring should be done. Thank you Rolando.

Excellent Experience! - Fantastic knowledge of Rome and very efficient with time. Very clean vehicle with comfortable a/c. Do not try to book too much to see. Rome was overcrowded.

Great option to see the sites - We took up our driver on the option to tour the city. We only had three day and a lot we wanted to see. We have older members of our party that it was hard to walk the whole city to see everything. The price was reasonable and we got to see most things on the list (construction and the Jubilee crowds made a few things hard to see). Driver was knowledgeable about where to get tickets and how to quickly get through everything. 16 sites in 6 hours (on and off)! And a tour of the Colleseum! Comfortable car with great AC for a very hot day.

Poor experience - Our driver immediately said that we should cancel our tour and reboook directly with him at a lower cost. It felt like a scam. We rejected this idea but it felt bad. Ultimately, the tour was OK but we have not expereinced this kind of nonsense with Viator before on several bookings. A bad taste. Also, the direver arrvied late and said we had booked a round trip from Civiitavecchia and back and we have booked a pick up in Civitavecchia for a tour of Rome and drop off at our hotel (all detailed on the booking). Another feeling of being scammed.
