Chopin visited Italy only once in his lifetime, specifically Genoa, but while residing in Warsaw, he was influenced by the music and culture of the Apennine Peninsula due to the presence of Italians in Warsaw.
In addition to Fryderyk Chopin’s works, the audience will experience authentic Italian compositions in unique solo piano arrangements by composers such as G. Verdi, P. Mascagni, and G. Puccini.

Great experience. A break in this city where everything is always moving. A moment suspended. - It was beautiful. I loved it. The pianist was great. A real moment of break in this constantly changing city. A suspension of grace and blessing in a sacred place.

Excellent Piano Concert in a Stunning Setting! - I recently attended the "Chopin & Italian Friends" concert at the Chiesa Valdese and it was a fantastic experience.
The venue is beautiful and intimate, with incredible acoustics that make the piano sound rich and clear. It’s the perfect escape from the busy streets of Rome.
The pianist was superb, showing great technical skill and deep emotion, especially during the Chopin pieces. The program was well-balanced and very moving.
A must-see for music lovers visiting Rome. Highly recommended!

Beautiful concert - Lovely music in beautiful setting. Nice venue. Good for the kids to hear some live music. Also quiet company. We enjoyed it.

A most relaxing hour (almost) listening to a great pianist - Chopin and friends tonight was a real treat. The pianist was excellent and we loved listening to him play, as well as explaining a little of the history for each piece.
Definitely worth a visit and we’ll definitely look out for more concerts when we next return.

A wonderful performance - The pianist gave a beautiful performance and explanations of the pieces she was playing. It was a small group which made for a very intimate performance. The venue was nice and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The pews were very creaky so maybe not ideal for small children who can’t sit still as the whole room would hear any movement you made.

Nice atmosphere and great... - Nice atmosphere and great music. Very competent pianist but maybe the piano needs a slight tuning. :) pieces actually played did not match with the programme on the website but all in all some very beautiful and well known pieces by Chopin, Debussy and Beethoven together with Respighi. Easily worth the money.

The first time - Chopin's areas so much technique little soul, plus he seemed in a hurry to leave.
