Great tour and experience with Tanzia ! - Our guide Tanzia was amazing ! I would highly recommend this tour company! We toured the catacombs and the St. Clementine cathedral . Afterwards she took us to amazing places around the city and took photos of us that we would never have gotten on our own . Highly recommend !!!

Well Organized - The Show Me Italy tour company did an excellent job organizing the tour and made sure it went off without a hitch. Our tour coordinator, Tania, was very nice and made sure everything ran smoothly. She helped with all questions even those involving getting to other tours

Family Tour! - Had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly. We met at the tour office. They called us a cab to Catacombs where we were sent on a tour while the company waited. The only snag was getting back. It is almost 100 degrees so not a lot of taxis due to high demand. We did walk a bit to get to a taxi stop because they couldn’t get one via phone. It wasn’t their fault with the hot weather. They were very apologetic and lovely people!

A little disorganised but overall we still enjoyed it - The tour was good and we did enjoy it but it wasn’t really what we expected. We were met at the office by a member of staff who wasn’t a tour guide, to take us to the catacombs. She was very pleasant but had definitely not done the tour before and it wasn’t a seamless experience at all. Once at the catacombs we were introduced to a tour guide who took us round. We also didn’t get to do the additional experience at the end as we ran out of time.

Great catacombs, lacking tour guide. - Catacombs were great with the guide at the site. We did not get any information from our tour guide. Just follow and here are your tickets. When we went to the underground, again no communication from our tour guide and as she took us through the underground it was very difficult to understand her and we did not get much information. I suggest the catacombs for sure but through a different tour guide.

Just do it yourself - When booking the tour we noticed that for a little more we could upgrade to what was labeled as a private tour. It's not. The only thing that is private the the drive to the Catacombs. No where does it mention that Viator does not give the tour of the Catacombs and the tour is not in fact private. We could have easily taken a taxi ourselves and bought the tickets. Viator drove us, sat in the car and bought our tickets, that's it. In my opinion not worth paying someone to do only that.

This tour is essentially... - This tour is essentially transportation to the catacombs and to the underground ruins beneath Trevi fountain. Our group was shuttled to an Uber/cab to go back and forth, and one of the drivers tried to charge us again for the fare. The on-site archaeologists at the catacombs was wonderful and knowledgeable. We would recommend finding your way to the site on public transportation and paying for the entrance and the guide at the catacombs.

Do Not Use - Did not go on tour, p/u location changed 3 times. Was looking for guide at 2nd location when received e-mail to go to 3 location, 1.2 km further away. I would not reccomend this company for anything.
