Virginia best guide ever! - It was such an insightful tour and also light and fun. Our tour guide Virginia was so knowledgeable but also had us in fits of laughter. Such a wonderful sense of humour. 5 stars!!

Museum and guide from 10 and praise - The visit was fantastic. Obviously the museum is a real gem, but the visit itself was made unforgettable by Silvia, our guide. I think Silvia would be able to make interesting even the most monotonous topic because of her enthusiasm and her ability to tell things without being pedantic or trivial

Delightful and inspiring! - We had an amazing tour of the Borghese Gallery. One of the reasons was our excellent tour guide Frederico! He was incredibly knowledgeable, witty and understandable. His knowledge of both art and history were tremendous. He pointed out details and told stories we never would have found on our own. We were lucky enough to have him in our Vatican tour too!

A beautiful museum with a fun guide - If you love Bernini’s work, you’ll have an incredible time at this museum. Apollo and Daphne is absolutely breathtaking—Bernini sculpted one of the most beautiful faces (Apollo) I’ve ever seen. Cardinal Borghese clearly had an eye for beauty, though he was also ruthless in acquiring the masterpieces he desired. Our guide, Silvia, kept us captivated throughout the two-hour tour with a wonderful mix of art history and storytelling. We had a fantastic time.

Wonderful Bernini - The visit, with a group of 15 people in Italian, was very interesting thanks also to our guide Alicia who, with her exposure and her anecdotes, we were passionate and made to look with even more amazement at the wonders of Bernini and beyond. Since minors are not paying, the voucher was not issued to our children but thanks to Alicia we solved the problem with the ticket office.

Galleria Borghese with Alicia - We booked a guided tour of the Galleria Borghese with Inside Out Italy which seemed pricey but turned out to be worth it. The Galleria is very well run. To keep the number of people in each room reasonable (and avoid the cattle call feeling of the Vatican, for example), the Galleria limits the time one can be there to two hours. The time limitation makes you focus on a few of the statues and paintings. We met Alicia and her colleague outside the Villa, got hooked up with a headset and went in - all very efficient. Alicia is extremely knowledgeable and shared her knowledge of the works by Bernini, Caravaggio, Raphael and other masters in a clear understandable way. There was time for questions. We did not feel rushed. Alicia kept the group together - about 13 people - and was mindful of where everyone was. Going from the first floor to the second floor there are a lot of steps. My wife and I took the small elevator while everyone else walked. Alicia waited until we got there to resume the tour, She is a superb tour guide.

Borghese Gallery with Alicia - Alicia was the best guide you could ask for in Rome. With her art history background, she brought together the history of the Borghese Museum and the Borghese family to set the stage for our tour of the Borghese Gallary. This is a must see museum when going to Rome. Alicia did excellent capturing the attention of my 10 and 13 year old daughters and my 77 year old dad by asking questions and constantly checking in with her audience. Id highly recommend.

Beautiful Borghese Gallery & Gardens - This was my third visit to the gallery but my family’s first. It was wonderful to view its treasures through my grandsons’ eyes. The special leaflet highlighting particular works and explaining the myths behind them was very much appreciated. By the adults as well! I want to particularly mention Veronica from Inside Out Italy who greeted us so delightfully and helped us when we needed it.
