- The house of Augustus is closed on Monday and the House of Livia is closed on Tuesday. All other days of the week both are open. If you prefer to see one or the other, please book accordingly and inform your guide at the start of the tour.

Highly recommend - Our guide, Barbara, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I particularly enjoyed the Palatine Hill and the inclusion of the “Super” sites in the tour.

Amazingly detailed and interesting tour of coliseum and forum - Our tour guy Luca was fantastic. as an archaeologist He had lots of information and detail about all aspects of the Colosseum Palatine Hill, and the forum . really enthusiastic couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Serena is the best! Wow! LIVTours didn’t dissapoint! - Thank you thank you Serena! The Knowledge that Serena displayed had us captivated. Serena would share story after story that allowed us to see the site for what it was vs what it is! Her energy and excitement was contagious. We were both left with an increased appreciation of what Rome provided to the modern world we live in today! Serena would be my recommendation to anyone looking to get this tour. Thank you Serena!!

Fantastic tour of coliseum and Roman forum - Dario was an amazing tour guide. We went as a private group which u would highly recommend and we took the tour on our own pace. Very insightful and professional tour guide who made it a fun and amazing experience!
