• Lysefjord - The Lysefjord, stretching an impressive 42 kilometers, is one of Norway’s most renowned fjords. As the tale goes, when he finally found them, they kept him at bay with a rock-solid argument—throwing stones until he left them alone.

This waterfall, also known as ‘Whisky Falls’, stands 75 meters tall and is unique for its cascading streams that intertwine to create a mesmerizing sight. As the water cascades down the cliff, it forms a mist that envelops the mountainside in an ethereal haze. Your captain will bring you right to the base of the falls, offering a perspective few ever see. You can even take a sip if you’re inclined, as the runoff is crystal clear, though not as potent as the nickname suggests. This playful name is a nod to a moonshine distillery once operated nearby by a German named Heinrich Mohr.
