Great day pass for cruise stop - traffic on the island can be very bad. plan ahead. wonderful resort. Great food and drinks. friendly people.

Massage near CoCo Bay - Great massage
Deep tissue. Norma is very experienced in all types of massage. I had deep tissue to relief stiffness in back and my wife had a more relaxing massage.

Beach day - The resort was so beautiful! The ocean views were breathtaking. Check in was smooth. Staff was very friendly. Could have used more direction as far as lunch. I scanned the image to get the menu and chose a cheese burger. We went to the restaurant. We sat down and was then told they didnt have burgers there. The waitress pointed outside and said we had to go over there and pointed. Not sure where she was pointing to. Sat there for a while before being told the buffet was open. It was soup, salad, fruit and desserts. We thought that may be our meal. The waitress came back later with a menu to take our order. The food was delicious but we were pretty full so were unable to finish it. The drinks were strong and delicious. Overall had a great time.

Beautiful location and relaxing. Validate with resort before going what is inlcuded in the pass. - This is my second time purchasing a day pass for Bay Gardens. We were in port for the day and this was a great option. Beautiful beach with loungers and umbrella, use of the pool, a meal and drinks all day.
They did change what is part of the package and that doesn't match what is on Trip Advisor. We showed them that a 20 minute massage should be included but they indicated that package was obsolete. We recommended they update their listing as they would not honor the massages that appeared to be included per the details on Trip Advisor.
They have done some upgrades to the resort since my last visit, and it is a beautiful place. I wouldn't mind a full week here. The food was great and drinks were good, although difficult to find a server. There appeared to be only one on the beach for Bay Gardens and he was getting run pretty hard. The price of the watersports use is reasonable and my niece and sister took advantage of those options.

Just ok - It was ok, not really worth the money. We got there and it took 15 minutes to get in because the guy kept asking for the receipt of payment when i had a barcode and confirmation number. They gave us vouchers but no instructions or directions. The lunch was good, but you couldn’t eat until after 12:30. You could probably rent a couple chairs and umbrella and get lunch for half the price you’ll pay for this place.
