After booking with Roatan Visitor, the team will reach out to confirm your pickup location, flight or cruise details, and any special requests such as additional luggage or child seats. The day before your journey, a confirmation will be sent with your driver’s name, vehicle information, and contact details. On the day of service, your driver—a friendly local in a clean SUV or van displaying our logo—will be waiting outside the airport or cruise terminal with a sign bearing your name. If the pickup is from a hotel, Airbnb, or residence, the driver will be right at your door.

During the journey, you will enjoy air-conditioned comfort along a direct yet scenic route whenever possible, with the option to request a brief stop for groceries or essentials. Traffic and road conditions are monitored to avoid delays, and the team is always available by phone or message. At drop-off, assistance with your luggage will be provided, ensuring you are settled. Please note that a single booking covers one-way transportation only.

To arrange a return trip, a second, separate booking is required. From start to finish, communication is kept clear, service is flexible, and your experience is made stress-free.
