Adaptive vendor excellence - I contacted them asking if they could help me get from my wheelchair to the boat and they worked with us the entire time to adapt the experience to my needs. Noah and Joe were rockstars and helped move me to the beach, ocean, boat and helped us have a great time. I’m thankful for their support in creating an awesome accessible experience!

Port day in Tortola on a cruise ship - Booked for my husbands 60th birthday. Great communication and fast response to all my questions. Unfortunately our cruise ship got diverted due to a medical emergency so our port day in Tortola was cancelled. There was no problem getting a fast full refund. We will definitely book again if we return to Tortola.

Fun Day with Capt Marvin - We went on this excursion on 12/26 from the Virgin Valiant ship. Communication ahead of time was clear and we easily found Capt Marvin. There was a red flag at the Baths that day, so we weren’t able to swim in, but he dropped us off at a marina, where he arranged for a R/T taxi ride, although that cost was additional ($10pp). Be prepared to wait on line to get into the Baths. It wasn’t very crowded when we were there, but there was still a wait. After, we took the boat to Pirate’s Bight on Norman Island. The food took a while, but it was good and our server was very nice. The beach there is quiet, and we were able to get seats easily. Marvin took our group over to Willy T’s, where the guys were all able to jump off the side into the water. I thought the price was a lot, but it was nice to be able to do everything with just our two families.

Nautigal!! - What an amazing experience! Had the best day and was very well looked after by Rosie and Phil who are brilliant hosts. Seen some of the best spots the BVI has to offer and would highly recommend to anyone!! Thank you 😊

Best day ever - Thank you to Rosie and Phil for the most amazing experience, we had the best time exploring the different islands of the BVI, along with snorkeling and showing us the baths and great places to eat. Your are amazing hosts, and given us the best memories xx

Absolutely wonderful time! - Captain Phil and Rosie took us out for a lovely trip to the North Sound, where we stopped at Saba Rock, BEYC, and The Baths.. Loved every minute of it, from a relaxing smooth boat ride, to unlimited painkillers and other drinks to a lovely swim and walk around the baths. They made us feel very at home, being very attentive to our needs and wanting us to enjoy the day as much as we could! Would recommend as they made me feel right at home, and can’t wait to visit again!

Great people running the charter! Would absolutely do it again. - Rosie handled the booking arrangements and was really accommodating. Noah was my captain for the day and I had an absolute BLAST. He was so knowledgeable about the area asked me what I preferred to do (more snorkeling/beach/bars/etc) and took it from there. The boat is super comfortable. We made 5 or so stops, so I got to see A LOT. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience and can’t wait to do it again.

Best snorkeling and guided tour! - Captain Phil told amazing stories while giving an incredible tour around BVI’s. The eye patch and peg leg threw me off (just joking, but the captain asked for something fun). Such a fun packed day. The adults were like napping toddlers by the time we finished our tour. The boat easily accommodated the 7 in our group. Captain Phil was both friendly and helpful. He knew the best snorkeling spots and times to visit. Highly recommend this tour!

Highlight of our cruise!!! - This was by far one of the best excursions that we have ever taken. Communication was excellent as I had reached out to Rosie before we departed on our cruise from Port Canaveral. That way I was able to use WhatsApp to locate Captain Phil once we had taken the short walk over to the marina. To give you an idea of this company, we ran into an issue where upon leaving the harbor a speedboat had been going too fast and turned right in front of us. It meant that we crossed a giant wave that was unavoidable, and a wave came over the front of our boat, soaking some of our party. My eight year-old son had been scared by that initial event, and did not want to continue. Captain Phil even offered to take us back since we were only 20 minutes into the excursion with a full refund. I thought this was very generous and Phil is just such a genuinely nice person that we really enjoyed talking with throughout the day. We opted to take my son back to the Disney Treasure with my parents. My wife and two daughters and myself continued on for the day with Captain Phil with an hour delay. He even gave us extra time at the end of our excursion to make up for the time we lost at the beginning. This excursion is much more than just visiting the baths at Virgin Gorda. Captain Phil took us to several snorkeling spots which were amazing, It was the best snorkeling that I had ever experienced and included three different caves that we were able to snorkel into. He had plenty of snorkeling equipment on the boat. Captain Phil also told us several pirate stories (complete with pirate hat) as they related to the islands and beaches that we were near. He also gave us a thorough history lesson of the area, which we all really enjoyed. He allowed us to dictate the pace of the day - depending on whether we wanted to spend more time in one area, or leave for another area to explore. We stopped for a quick bite to eat at Cooper Island, which was great to see as well. The last stop we made was a short swim out to The Baths which are amazing! I can’t imagine having a better experience down in Tortola. This is also a private experience versus the crowded ones that you get if booking through the cruise excursions. You will be very happy if you book a day with Captain Phil!!
