Everything was well organized, the team was friendly and professional, and we felt safe and supported throughout the entire experience. I've seen reviews from people who unfortunately couldn’t do the activity because the dam didn’t release water. While I understand their frustration, I also took the time to read the Terms & Conditions before booking – which clearly explain that in such cases, 70% of the fee is refunded (the rest covering real logistical costs). What I appreciate most is that the team doesn't just cancel and walk away – they usually offer alternatives like kayaking on Siriu Lake or even canyoning, depending on what’s possible in the area. My feeling was that they always do their best to make the day worthwhile, even when nature doesn’t cooperate. I strongly recommend Green Adventure to anyone looking for a genuine outdoor experience, with a team that communicates clearly and treats guests with care.

So sad - Be careful! When you make the payment, they have an abusive clause, written in tiny letters, in terms and condition, stating that if the rafting trip doesn’t happen, for whatever reason, they won’t refund all your money, only 70% of it. And that’s exactly what happened to me! They claimed they had some expenses… So if you travel all the way there, get accommodation, have travel costs, and then the river isn’t flowing, they penalize you too. And they even send you an email on the same day asking for a positive review. Cool!
