Costa Rica 2026 - Greeter and Drivers were so courteous and helpful. Everyone was punctual and they moved our return trip time to allow for road construction. They suggested wonderful places to stop for food and bathroom breaks. Everyone spoke fluent English. A very pleasant experience.

Our ride from the airport was seamless! Wonderful driver Byron an Jesus! They even waited while we shopped for groceries and hel - SEAMLESS RIDE FROM AIRPORT TO LOS SUENOS! Byron and Jesus were ver patient and waited while we got groceries and carried them for us.

Very Friendly and Curteous Service - Prompt, curteous and very friendly service. Very impressed. Vehicle was very clean and fresh. Wi fi is an extra bonus, especially as the travel took 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.

Our driver was very... - Our driver was very prompt and was waiting for us right outside the airport with a large brightly colored sign with my name on it. Stopped by the grocery store for us and let us get some groceries in before we went to our destination. His driving was very safe and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend.

No Communication and No English - Well I missed my flight my girlfriend went ahead without me and took the ride to the hotel. I asked them could they come back and get me later on that night. The gentleman took a picture of my reservation as if he was going to accommodate the circumstance. However, I misunderstood the non communication and assumed they would come back or even tell me that was not going to be able to accommodate me. Again, they didn’t communicate and when I made contact with them they basically said it was too late and left me at the airport stranded. So I ended up making a game time decision and just paying for another taxi. I am here safe and sound thanks to myself.
