This is crucial, as many transport services in Costa Rica operate without these requirements. Passengers have the option to stop for drinks or lunch, although a cooler with water is provided. The driver is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. A lunch stop is included if it is convenient. Passengers will be identified at the airport with labels displaying their names.
