Great family experience - Our guide, Reuben, was terrific! He shared info about Puerto Rico’s history, the rainforest and other places of interest as we drove. He was great guiding our group in the water slides and swimming, and was incredibly patient with 1 person who was more hesitant than the others. The experience includes a visit to a natural slide and spring pool that requires a lot of climbing over rocks. Bring socks you can wear throughout, and then a clean pair for ziplining. We did not wear our sneakers in the water, so you only need 1 pair of shoes. We were able to watch our kids do the slides & swimming - we did not have to participate unless we wanted to. The zip lining was great - very organized, terrific staff, beautiful scenery. So fun, even with my fear of heights! The Laquilla beach & kiosk visit was at the end of our experience (the order was changed because of the timing/availability of the zip lining passes). We enjoyed a yummy lunch and wandered the shops, but didn’t opt to spend time on the beach. It looked nice tho. Definitely recommend!

Great day trip with wonderful tour guide - Excellent family day trip with our wonderful tour guide Ian! Ian was friendly, arrived right on time, and made our trip super fun and easy. Reuben the owner was so helpful when booking and we had a nice air conditioned mini bus. Highly recommend!

Are you ready for this workout - I had a great time on this excursion. Steve our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us great instruction to stay safe. Worth every penny.

Exciting day with Rey! - Our tour guide Reynaldo was excellent! He was fun and extremely knowledgeable about the area and took us to some fabulous spots (while playing and learning about great music)! The water slides and waterfalls were beautiful and he helped us with pictures and videos of our family. Ziplining was exciting for all ages, and provided amazing views of the area. We have travelled quite extensively, and this was definitely one of our most memorable and enjoyable trips.

Amazing experience! - The trip to the springs and sliding down the waterfalls was awesome! The Zipline and crew was an amazing experience. Our guide was great and took us to another beach as well and restaurant on the water that had some of the best cocktails we had in the PR!

Great ride. - Special shout out to Gracie and Ryan,they were great. Always made sure we were good and comfortable. The rest of the crew was great too. The experience itself was beautiful. The horses were trained and I felt very safe.

Fun but could provide more information - So we had fun. But would have been nice if they had life jackets for young kids at the waterfalls/waterslide (that were not listed as an activity) as the second one is deep and my child is not a strong swimmer. It was a scary moment for both of us. The schedule was not communicated. Tour did not provide any water. Only water was made available during ziplining by the ziplining place. We were picked up at nine in the morning and had no food until after 3. Thankful I brought my own snacks. But lots of driving back and forth (passed the same house 4 times).
