- Our adventure includes a 25-minute walk along a local trail, where you will encounter some of the 240 species of native plants and trees, as well as various animals like the coqui, reptiles, and endemic birds.
- Enjoy the refreshing natural forest pools and capture stunning photographs of the breathtaking waterfalls.
- Ascend to 2000 feet while taking in the magnificent panoramic views of Puerto Rico’s eastern mountain range.
- Conclude your experience by savoring the authentic flavors of the island at one of our renowned fruit and juice shops in the countryside, where you can indulge in delicious empanadas and the nutritious frappes and natural juices of the region.
- Not Recommended for those with mobility issues, trail requires the use of your hands at certain points and the ability to crouch and reach down to the floor.
- In General this tour is not suited for the elderly or the very young due to the difficulty of the trail, however individuals in good physical condition regardless of age can complete the trail and reach the waterfalls.

Great day!! - We had a great private tour with Harold. He was so kind and knowledgeable and we had the entire waterfall to ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Day Trip, Waterfalls, Caves, & Eats - We’re in PR for spring break and wanted a day away from our resort to see more of Puerto Rico. PRGT helped us plan a trip to hike a waterfall, tour a huge cave, and end with a later lunch with local fare by the beach. The entire excursion was more than our family could have imagined. Harold is an extremely knowledgeable guide, sharing historical facts and showing us beaches and food stalls that we never would have known about or visited. Harold was especially kind with our kids (3 & 6yo) and made sure the tour stops and travel times were suitable for their needs.
We highly recommend PRGT and Harold, and we will definitely book another excursion the next time we visit!

Waterfall hike and island tour - Harold was an amazing tour guide, very informative and passionate about the island. Took us off the beaten path for a great waterfall hike and authentic island experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome Tour! - This tour had it all, from the water, to the views. The meal at the beginning of the tour was delicious and amazing. The walk to the waterfall was a little rocky, but easy and manageable. Our tour guide, Harold, gave our group of 6 plenty of rest stops to catch up. Walking through the jungle was so worth it, the waterfall was refreshing and gorgeous. Mr. Harold packed us waters and fruit, to eat at the waterfall which was a fun surprise! We were also allowed to climb the water fall, and Mr. Harold took many pictures. Harold was very friendly and thoroughly explained all the areas of PR, (history, plants, etc) he brought great positive energy to the trip and we all learned something new. We all had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Resourceful doesn't even begin to explain it! - Harold picked us up from our cruise in a very classy SUV to go on a rainforest tour my sister had booked for my birthday. I did not want to ride in a car and go hiking though. So instead he quickly organized a separate tour for me including sights of the city, an authentic Puerto Rican lunch location, and the best live history lesson I could have asked for. It was perfect. I will not stop raving about about how wonderful our day was. He even took photos of us at all our stops and sent them. I can't believe he could just switch his entire tour plans to accommodate all my requests. It was amazing and I couldn't have had a better day. Thanks again Harold!

Tour of Old San Juan/hiking and waterfall - Will recommend if you want to know the history of old San Juan and get around Maritza Villanueva
Gave me and the family a good tour and showed us around took us hiking also to see waterfalls I will use them again when I come back thanks again Puerto Rico Green Transportation

Harold is an amazing tour guide! - We took the private tour to rainforest with Harold! If you want an exclusive tour with no chance of running into other tour groups... Then this tour is for you. Off the beaten path. It's also a less strenuous tour. Path is less intense physically. Harold is very laid back and will change things just a bit to fit your needs. We were able to swim, jump off a smaller clift, climb a waterfall, learn about plants, and he prepared fresh fruit for snack! Whichever tour you choose with this company we highly recommend asking for Harold!

Wonderful in every way! - Harold, our driver, was exceptional in every way! He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and gave us more than we expected!

Great for group of teens - We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation to transport my group of high school teens from Old San Juan to our next place in Fajardo with the El Yunque tour along the way. Gabriel (Gabo) was such a great driver and guide and met the energy level of my group of high school seniors. The hiking and waterfall were so memorable as well as visiting the kiosks in Luquillo and having the best guide. He played music during the journey my group was singing to, took photos for us, and made everyone smile. I highly recommend using Puerto Rico Green Transportation
