If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, unsafe conditions we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe with a full refund. All cancellations must be confirmed via email.

Very helpful getting me geared up and into the water with maps in my phone. Good advice about wind & currents. Helped me get stuff out when I returned and let me rinse sand out of a few items. Thanks so much. I hope to come back next trip 👍🐠

Would highly recommend Nautical Ventures. We reserved our Kayaks online and on site we received excellent customer service. The Kayak tech was very professional and helpful. Our kayaks/ life vests were in very good condition and located down by the water ready to go. Keep up the great work!

A bit of a windy, crowded day. But we were told when picking up our kayaks that if it were too windy we could forfeit and receive a full refund. So I very much appreciate that consideration
