Absolutely Worth It - This tour was a great way to see the highlights of Richmond. Melissa was our tour guide and was most excellent in her recounting of famous Richmond history. She was very passionate about the topic and incorporated all of us into her stories. She asked where we were all from and then used that knowledge to engage us at key points throughout the tour. KP was the driver and did a superb job navigating through the very busy traffic and tight streets of downtown. We had a great time learning about local heroes and how their lives impacted the people of Richmond. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Richmond.

Trolley tour of Historic Richmond - The trolley tour was a wonderful overview of Richmond. The tour guide was knowledgeable and informative. The only minus was the uncomfortable seating. Sitting for 2 hours on those hard seats was painful. Seat cushions would have made the experience a 5.

Great host but no AC - Julie was our host, and Clarence was our driver. Julie was fantastic...very knowledgeable, answered questions about things not specific to the tour with detail. The issue was the trolley's air conditioning was blowing hot air. It was incredibly uncomfortable. After about 45 min, we stopped at a park, and they opened the windows. That didn't cool it at all. Julie kept saying they'd be sure to look into it when they got back. That didn't help those of us on the tour. It was so much cooler outside than in the trolley. An air conditioned trolley is part of the ticket price, and we did not receive that.
