Great trip - Excellent trip with Skylynx from airport to Whistler. Boarding was smooth and quick. Ride was comfortable and got there with 15 mins to spare. We opted for the express service as there was no stops in DT which was nice and saved more travel time. Recommend.

Great Shuttle Experience - Great service and friendly staff! On our way to Whistler we had some flight delays which caused us to miss our originally planned shuttle. After reaching out to Skylynx they were able to rebook us on a new shuttle time. We had purchased the flexible ticket, but our original shuttle was supposed to be an Express bus and the only shuttle available when we arrived delayed was an Executive bus. They just asked that we provide proof that our flights were delayed and rebooked us on the Executive bus for no additional cost (note the flexible ticket allows you to change shuttles/shuttle times as long as you are on an equivalent or lower cost shuttle class). At the airport finding the bus was super straight forward with clear instructions included on the ticket and great signage. The on bus experience was also excellent with plenty of space and comfortable seats! If you are looking for transportation between YVR airport and Whistler, BC Skylynx is an excellent option and a great value!

Stress-Free - Everything was on time, boarding was well organized, and the driver was professional and personable. After a long flight, it was great to have a bus service straight out of YVR to Whistler.

Reliable Express Service - Used the YVR Skylynx Express Service from the airport to Whistler and it was excellent. Boarding was quick, the bus left on time, and we arrived earlier than scheduled. The ride was comfortable and efficient, which is exactly what you want after a flight. Great value and very dependable.

Quick and comfortable ride to Whistler - Comfortable, quick and affordable ride between YVR and Whistler. I would recommend this bus over car rental espcecially if you are not comfortable with winter driving.

Convenient - Rode the express skylynx bus from airport to our hotel. Bus ride was quick, smooth and easy. Loved how we saved over 30 mins by not having to stop in DT and the direct airport to hotel service was very convenient. Driver was nice and helped us with luggage. I would ride again with Skylynx.

Easy ride to Whistler. - A super convenient way to get to Whistler. We didn't want to drive to Whistler from the Vancouver Airport so we booked with Skylynx. It was great not having to worry about driving conditions in the mountains and the scenery was beautiful.

False advertising. - I paid for this shuttle specifically to be in a Sprinter Van as showed in the picture. I waited around for it to show up. When it did not show up, I contacted them and they said they should be there loading. It was not but a charter bus was there. The driver asked my name and told me to get on. I told him I was waiting for the sprinter. He said well, you can get on here or not. Its up to you. So I got on! When I asked them what had happened to the Sprinter they told me it is not available during the winter. So they advertise for it and charge for it but this is not what you get. The charter bus was fine. It was packed in there. And I would do it again but I would just pay the charter bus price. Also, I waited around for four hours after I checked out of my condo to be on the Sprinter. Had I known I would have ended up on the charter anyways, I could have left earlier. I asked for a partial refund and they refused it.

Do NOT trust Skylynx - The bus left without us! We were abandoned in Whistler, as the bus did not come to the pickup point. This was our first time using Skylynx and didn't know what range of arrival was reasonable. We were at the pickup point 15 minutes early and after 30 minutes we contacted Skylynx. After a 20 minute call with customer service they confirmed the bus was already on its way back to Vancouver and would not come back. What's more, requesting refund went nowhere with Skylynx; their customer service was terrible, denied any wrongdoing, and the bus driver said he came to the pickup point. All responses come from "the Skylynx Customer Service Team" - no accountability whatsoever. I will NEVER trust Skylynx for any travel. If you have a deadline to make, choose a reliable option. (FYI Epic Rides saved us by making special arrangements for us to help us make our flight!).
