Parasailing Rhodes - Great guys who really look after you . Took photos but you have to pay 20 E for them . Felt safe at all times

Superb parasailing in Rhodes - My first time to parasail, so I was a little nervous but Gabriel's professional crew made me relaxed and were very reassuring. The trip went around the top of Rhodes Island giving lovely views of the beach below. Finally, to his credit Gabriel gave a decent price for the must have photos of my first parasailing adventure.

Unbelievable experience and customer service - My husband and I did a tandem parasailing trip with Gabriel and his team yesterday..after years of trying to get my husband in the air. What can I say? The whole process is explained clearly. The guys are professional and reassuring whilst being relaxed, warm and friendly. We felt totally safe at all times. These are clearly people who are very at home on the water and love what they do. There was a chap out at the same time as us who was anxious and a bit afraid of heights, the crew were so happy to see him relaxed and having the best time..which was lovely to see. We went for miles..were in the air for ages. At 120 euros it might not be a cheap excursion but believe me it is worth every penny. If you are thinking of parasailing on Rhodes, I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you for the best day..we will see you again for sure.

Parasailing was absolutely fantastic. - It was a great experience, booked it from home. Parasailing at 12.00 was cancelled, new date at 15.00. At 14.00 I got the message via WhatsApp that it takes place. All nice and friendly and I enjoyed it a lot. I got 20 great photos on my phone for 20 euros. Can highly recommend it.

Ask them to wipe the lens off if you want to buy their photos. - It was my daughters who tried the activity and it was a good experience for them. We asked if we parents could come in the boat, but we didn't have to. Probably because they took pictures from the boat, which we could later buy, which we probably would not have done if we had been in the boat and took pictures from there. We bought the pictures, but were disappointed by the quality. The lens had not been dried off before shooting, so the images were completely blurred.

Very long waiting time and service that isn't particularly good. - I bought a ticket for water skiing, Mike the seller told me that the boat to the beach would arrive in 20 minutes and in the end the boat arrived only in 30-35 minutes and all this time I waited and instead of apologizing he wanted me to cancel the ticket - only when he realized that I was writing a review on the site did he offer me free photos for the delay. It is worth noting that this is not adequate compensation for me and for such a delay I expect a discount!
