Horse riding at the top of Cappadocia - I was taken out as a solo rider with 2 young guides on a 2 hour ride (3-5pm). The horses were all in good condition, shod, and mine (Sehir) was well behaved and responsive. Emir kept an eye on me at first to make sure I could ride, adjusted my stirrups after the first trot, and took dozens of photos at the appropriate places. And then we really had some fun. The tracks were great and we had a few good gallops as well as the calmer walks in amazing scenery. We managed to catch a bit of the sunset before I had to be back. I couldn't stop grinning. Highly recommended. Great value for money.

Unforgettable experience!!!!!!! - My husband and I had the best ride of our lives with our guide Amir. He really taught me so much about riding and made sure I was confident and safe on my horse. We went all the way up the most beautiful mountain to watch the sun start setting. Amir took us to the most magical spots and took my phone to get the best photos of us riding! And we got to gallop and run! And truly unforgettable experience, 11/10, highly recommend this ranch.

Stunning views - Stunning views with a small group (only 3!) and the horse hands were able to take photos of us individually! Really appreciated that they provided helmets too.

Superb horseback ride - We really enjoyed this experience. As a beginner, I felt safe. We all had a guide who held the horse in case of need. The walk was made in the middle of nature, in an incredible setting. The sunset was magical. We have some great pictures as a souvenir. We highly recommend this experience.

Disappointing - The area is superb. The scenery on the walk was beautiful. I did not expect that a handler would walk by me holding the reins of the horse. It felt like a pony ride for children. Each person/horse had an employee walking along side holding the reins. Also, we took an unnecessarily long break at a spot for sunset when there were clouds and no sunset. The employees were having their own fun on and off the horses while we were just hanging out in the wind. Overall, we were on horseback a little over a hour. There was no explanation of what we were looking at and no English.

Unprofessional - So...I feel bad, but this experience was just odd and unprofessional. It was the last activity in an amazing day of balloon riding and cave city touring. We were tired but excited to see the sunset this way. We were there with probably 5 other people, some of whom spoke English. I am not a great rider, but I have been on multiple "trail rides" in multiple countries. Generally the horses are pretty calm and just follow one another, nose to tail, on the chosen route. When the owner asked if we were beginners or not, some of us said we were. He proceeded to have a young man (some of them looked 10 or 11) take the bridle of each horse, even the horses of people who indicated that they could ride. Then we started out, young boys running alongside tugging on our horse's bridle, chattering with one another and acting silly. It was kind of like a kid's pony ride. We rode separated from our companions...I was up front with another woman and all of the men were behind us. I couldn't talk to my husband at all. The young men with us did not speak English. The scenery was gorgeous. We stopped for a while at one spot, taking some pictures. Then it started to rain: cold, big rain drops. We were all soaked in minutes. I thought we were heading back...no real communication...but we headed to another spot where they tried to line our horses up for a photo, which might have been great if it weren't pouring rain. The young woman with us lost it, screaming at them that she wanted to go back. There were lots of other weird episodes, but the whole thing just felt strange and unprofessional. We laughed about it afterwards, but I would not recommend with this company

Horse ran away before I got down fully - My 3 weeks holiday got shortened to three days after I rode on a horse here. Was a private tour for my husband and myself. Throughout our tour, the guide intermittently let go of our horses for photo taking and for us to have an experience of real horse riding. We appreciated that but the horses that day didn’t seem to be in the best mood, they wandered off quite a bit and it got quite scary with such behaviour when we were near the valleys. Was thankful that we made it back to the ranch safely, but yet, at the last moment, the horse that I was riding on ran off prematurely before I could get off fully. Our guide was not holding on to the horse and told me he would hold on to me as I got down. However, the horse ran off and I fell, and neither did he manage to hold on to me. I suffered a torn ligament in my ankle and am still nursing the injury today, 2 months down. Owner did not take my injury very seriously even though I was in a lot of pain after the fall, just simply said “I hope you are ok”, and walked off. What happened to me was probably an accident, but if the horses are sufficiently trained, accidents like this are unacceptable as customer’s safety should be a priority, especially in an area full of valleys in cappadocia.
